Over a year ago I made just about my third or something post in the strategy forum: a one-word response to someone's question "No.".

I received a ban for a one-word answer (though it was a direct answer to the question, if curt).

Well fine, I didn't really consider the strategy forum that important. But I still can't create a topic there. And for the first time in over a year, I have a good topic I want to create.

So how do I get unbanned/get posting privileges there?

Your history doesn't seem bad, so I unbanned you. Make sure you read the strategy forum guidelines before posting and half fun!
