Group play map is decided mutually between two players, if no consensus can be reached, then veto until 1 map is remaining RegistrationOfficial sign-ups for the event are on the day of. However, when you post on this thread, if you could include your ladder division (aka gold, platinum, masters) that will help a lot in creating the tournament brackets. Bring your own keyboard/mouse/mousepad/headset if you wish. If you don't, they are provided for free by Eudemonia (however I would suggest bringing your own for comfort and to avoid greasy headsets and such). You cannot bring your own computer, as the LAN Center doesn't allow it. Parking InformationThere are parking garages in the vicinity that give pretty cheap parking, as well as streetside meters that you can generally find nearby. However, the meters are 2 hour parking at max, so be careful about getting a ticket (I've gotten several from doing BATLLs haha). After 6PM, all streetside parking is free. Eight groups of four to five players, seeded by SC2 ladder division. Top two players of each group advance to the Ro16 bracket stages.
Bracket stages – Single Elimination Format
Ro16 – Best of 3 Match
Ro8 – Best of 3 Match
Semifinals – Best of 3 Match
Finals – Best of 3 Match
6:30PM – Dinner break. Players will go together to a local restaurant and are advised to bring about $10 for dinner. Players are free to eat by themselves if they do not want to go with the group.
7:30PM – Bracket stages resume
8:30PM – Anticipated start time of finals

| Yes! I've been anticpating this for the longest time. Unfortunately I'm busy in the morning of Aug 18, is there any chance I could come late and still be signed up for the tournament? I remember last time we didn't have to finish our matches until like 6pm or something. I think I'll be able to make it by 2PM |

@T.O.P. we are hoping that the earlier start time will make the event end earlier. Also, since the club is now running the event hopefully we will be able to make the bracket making and everything very smooth and efficient to get it started as soon as possible 
@OnFiRe888 Unfortunately 2 PM might be a little bit late this time. We decided to start earlier this time so we could end the tournament earlier and also so that we won't have problems with people finding computers. We are looking to do more events more frequently however, so you can always participate in the next one if this one doesn't work out! |
