more asian vs west teams I like that will have to see how WE does (would guess they are better then the singapore team?) vs American teams (I will still be never convinced about the strength/domination before I see them vs european top teams )

Singapore sentinels beat teipei assassins in GPL not so long ago. And TPA beat WE so they're pretty even in terms of skills imo.

Sounds like the "Nerchio is the world champion" argument floating around.

I am a big TSM fan but if you are too, you should know that mtw.na TD and orb can easily take games off of TSm at the moment as its shown in recent scrims and online tournaments, let alone the fact that the team to beat is WE here and not TSM.
If you mean free money with placing top4, probabaly yeah but I dont think 20.000$ first place is "free money" for TSM and if they manage th get it the probabaly earned it and get alot of respect for most likely beating WE in the finals or along the way.
My Money's on WE though.

Meh WE haven't impressed me much, their OGN games v CLGeu were pretty lackluster (mainly their teamfights being off focus and Misaya doing basically nothing vs Froggen).
Hopefully they show a much better performance this event.
TSM/WE should win this but TD and mTw should give them good games (assuming mTw doesn't continue don't continue their record of sucking in LANs and WE playing much better than v CLGeu)

Ok, if you want to go that way: SGS lost to TPA last Sunday in GPL and TPA lost 1-3 to iG (2nd best Chinese team after WE) two days ago in Battle Royal.
Want more? TPA got 3-0'd by Najin Shield in Battle Royal, World Elite beat Najin Shield in OGN.
This isn't math. Results are not transitive.

It's pretty disingenuous to compare pure results without considering the circumstances. TPA and WE haven't played since TPA started slumping hard and losing to everyone. And I think TPA's GPL lost when they weren't running their main lineup and were using 2 of their subs (IIRC Colalin and NexABC were playing that game--with NexABC jungling in place of Ballz).

But you saved my initial statement which is "they're pretty even in terms of skills". Thanks.
I guess i'm not that impressed by WE and SGS, i think TPA is very interesting though they have been playing like shit for god knows how long.

It wasn't meant as a "SGS is a top asian team" kinda statement, more like "they'll get kicked out pretty early in the tournament" kinda statement.
