[H] xsplit causes gfx card driver crashes

The moment i got better internet i wanted to stream like everybody else too. Long time it worked pretty well with this spec:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core I7 920 @ 2,8GHZ
Nvidia Geforce GTX 285 (Zotac OC version)
6GB DDR3 Triple Channel 800MHz
1000GB Harddrive
~550 watt power supply (beQuiet!)
xSplit had many different ways of quality customization back then i dont remember them anymore but it was something around mid quality, high definition (1280x720), 25 fps.
But at some point my gfx card driver crashed regularly evreytime xsplit was running for ~10 minutes. I didn't use xsplit anymore because i didn't know if it was bad for my gfx card. Well, my gfx card died 2 months later anyway.

I got my new gfx card and wanted to stream again. Now i have the AMD HD7850 with latest drivers (for xsplit and my gfx card) and after 2 weeks (in this period it worked perfectly) it started to cause driver crashes again.
My screen turns black for a second, then i get the windows warning that my gfx card driver crashed and that windows restarted it and my xsplit viewport screen is white and on the stream everybody gets a blackscreen.
I don't want to run xsplit till i know how i can fix this. Any advice is appreciated. If you have a better programm then xsplit let me know it.

tl;dr: Same problem with new graphics card

xsplit has been having troubles with the 7000 series of AMD graphics cards. I do believe there is a hot fix. I also believe there is a new driver as well that helps with the problem.

ok i looked through several sites and now i know it's definately because of this 7000 series issue. Now i have to wait for new driver :/
