| Im curious about the same problem and I don't understand why no one is discussing it. As a Zerg player, command clicking my larvae wireframes is important when im trying to group rally larvaes. With the new patch command clicking does not select all units of the same type. If i disable the command control switch, it seems to work like normal. Any idea? |

Found a solution floating around on the intrawebs.
Just to be clear, this is different from the problem of command and click as right click not working--that to my knowledge has been resolved.
Here's a temporary fix.
1. Go to system preferences
2. Under hardware select keyboard
3. Go to modifier keys
4. From the top drop down menu select apple internal keyboard / trackpad
5. Make the command key control

My "fake" computer ran Starcraft 2 just fine on Patch 1.4. I played on low and produced great frame rates. Why, have you already taken out the ruler to measure your e-pen and brag about your negligible improvements in framerate or the incredible fulfilling experience of using the control instead of command button?
grow up. |

The game is currently unplayable. I've tried just about everything, but something in the patch fvcked this setting over. The game now recognizes command+click as a right click instead of command+click as select all units of one type. l |

Thanks for the help, that solved my issue for the time being. Though Blizzard did mess up as I also reported this to them and they said they intended to only change the command for users with single-click button mice. I'll be happy for now |

I have the same problem here.
But I do not want to modify my keyboard each time I want to play. I hope they will really solve the huge amount of problems arising on mac since 1.5. |

This isn't an exact fix, but I prefer it.
I installed DoubleCommand, which lets you change the effects of certain keys. I made the fn and the right option a ctrl, which is where they would be on a windows PC. Don't worry about losing your fn abilities, it will act as both. Now I never have to press that pesky command key anymore (I find it awkward for gaming) |

Same problem here. I don't want to have to switch to control clicking now, because it makes it alot harder to assign hotkeys. |
