We run open online qualifiers and the open bracket registration was also open. So the distribution of races is based only on those who advanced online / showed interest in the open bracket. |

I think it might be the other way around. Most of the top zergs already have a spot so there are less in the qualifiers.

| No intriguing matches yet as far as I can see (hinging on who the remaining 5 players are), but I guess that's for the best since there's a good distribution of players in each bracket. Think group D is the group of death so far, by just a hair. |

There's more to life than just money. Being WCS Korean champion is a bigger title, not to mention it means qualification to WCS Asia and later the actual World Championship.
