I'd assume it's 19+ if it was going to be age restricted as that's the drinking age in Toronto

Bar and Cafes like this are just restuarants really so you're allowed in, they've never given us a problem with under age. Just don't try to order alcohol and there's no issue.
All Ages is fine.

I have tried 2 separate times to go to Victoria cafe and both times i was there a day earlier. I may have been at the wrong place but i didnt see any way to watch sc2... are there hidden tvs lurking around there? .. after looking at the photos it appears i have no idea where i have been. maybe I was next door while the games actually were happening ...

barcrafts are always upstairs, they set up projector screens to watch it.
