Hello guys,

I have noticed that my viewership count on my archived past videos are incorrect. I'd stream for 2-3 hrs and get anywhere from 20-40 viewers yet when i go back and see the view count, it says i have zero or one viewer. How does this even make sense?
I should at least get 20 - 40 views showing... I know it may not seem much for alot of people, but it gives me a track record of how my viewership is going. It wasn't always incorrect though, it started happening for the last 3-4 months... i was wondering if this is happening to you guys as well. I was always under the impression that the vod viewer numbers were for the vods themselves, and not ever for the views while the vod was being recorded..

yea, the vod numbers are for archive views only.

If you want to see stats after the fact, go to Dashboard -> stats
It has all information regarding viewership of your live streams, along with chat interaction and all that fun stuff.

This is correct. We do not count viewers of the live stream on the VOD numbers.
