Here is my current spec.
2500K
8GB ram
6850 GPU
620W PSU
256GB SSD
Full tower
I am willing to spend up to $400. After doing some research it seems the best choices I have are :
660Ti for $300
vs.
670 for $400
I think 680 is too much for me especially when the difference between 670 and 680 is not that big. However, I am not sure if there is a big difference between 660ti and 670 and if the price difference of $100 can justify it.
Here are some of my concerns;
I am currently playing SC2 and Diablo3.
My plan is to run Guild wars 2, Bioshock3, Resident evil 6, and the Command and Conquer general 2 that uses frostbite 2 engine at max setting, 60fps in my 24 inch monitor(I believe the resolution is 1900x1200 or something like that)
Someone posted about 2 months ago how 670 can't run Guildwars 2 at max FPS because of driver support issue. I want to know if this has been resolved.
My other concerns include temperature and power consumption.
If you think ATI is better than NVidia, plz let me know.
A brand (gigabyte, sapphire...) with link would be great too
