Closed testing for my map "Power Grab" has begun. It's an RTS style army building/conquest game that takes place on a map with several well articulated battlefields. 3 Tiers of units to play with, and upgrades/abilities to continually keep the game interesting.
You fight to control Vespene Geysers spread across the map, and have infantry vehicles and airships to fight with. Basic units consist of marines, marauders, firebats, and medics. All infantry have been given an up-gradable short range Blink ability to increase skill cap and engagement options.
The map features several styles of battlefields ranging from lush forests with large crystal center-pieces to broken dusty post-apocalyptic cities. Top vs Bottom, 4v4, or 2v2.
If you enjoy Zone Control, Civilization Sapphire, Castle Builder 1.66 (for you WC3 fans), then you'll enjoy this.
I need 7 people to sign up to help my test this map. I promise you'll have fun, I have a long history of making maps with WC3 so it's a relatively well thought out game
