Hi all, Just bought Dota 2 and tried out the game. By some odd reason. Whatever settings I have ingame I'll lag so much it's unplayable.
Tried all from low to top without any success..

My pc settings:
Gfx: 2x nvidia 480 SLI
Cpu: i7 2600k unclocked
Ram:16gb 1600mhz
hdd: Regular 7200 rpm 2tb in raid 0 (2 of those)
internet: 40/12

I shouldn't have these problems right? Anyone got any clue on how to fix it?

Do you use a router ? If so, do you have the option of testing via direct connection to cable/ADSL modem/telepathic squid ? By looking at your specs I find it hard to believe that, barring any huge video driver issues, you are running into video lag.
Also, Dota2 has a network performance toggle in its settings, try disabling/enabling that to see whether it makes a difference and, if so, how large.

I have the same exact problems, but i still have the problems even after update windows n reboot...have any suggestions on how to solve this?If so, pls post it ....
