Hi everyone,
If like me, you don't have a beta key, and you are too much impatient to test the new units of heart of the swarm, this tutorial might interest you !
This is a proof that this tutorial works:

1) You have to download and install the HOTS client.
US: https://us.battle.net/account/management/sc2/dashboard-hots-beta.html
EU: https://eu.battle.net/account/management/sc2/dashboard-hots-beta.html
2) You have to download and extract to somewhere the HOTS modified maps.

2b) If you already know how to use the map editor, you can already play and enjoy ^^. For the others, from this point, the tutorial will take 5 minutes ^^.
3) Open the Starcraft II Beta - Map Editor.

4) Open one of the two HOTS modified maps.

4b) Click yes when the dependency data box appears:

5) Adjust the player properties (e.g. select your race or set a computer).

6) Adjust the preferences (e.g. game speed).

7) Launch the game by testing the document.

8) If an error appears during the game, uncheck the corresponding box.

9b) AI is set to very easy for the moment ... but you can test all the new units.

Pre-ordain and a mothership core or tempest is EVIL - 30 seconds of visibility is amazingly long period of time and so easy for my oracle to sneak in and do it because it's so fast.
I suspect they might make the range to cast pre-ordain a bit shorter or drop it to 20 seconds (I'm guessing, I know!)
The sounds for the tempest are AWFUL - it's sounds bad. I do know they fix that kind of stuff but god it's grating and I have a bitching sound system.
I do NOT like the "select enemy units / buildings" being off as default and then the lower right has this distracting message YO BRO, YOU CAN'T CONTROL THIS, ENEMY BUILDING in giant red font. I understand why it's there (newbies) but ugh |

Ok so if you use consume on a building and want to stop consuming, you hit the stop command? Fine for us yes, because we know "S" = stop but what does a newbie user do in this case here.

Not possible on that map but i'm all for it! Could u please upload some of the beta maps we see in streams etc? With all AI difficulties enabled :-)
Besides from that i'm very thankfull, could see new units in action now too ^^ |

Well, it would be nice to know people who have beta keys that can extract/share beta maps from their SC2 beta cache folder.
But anyway, I will upload if I have got some new stuff  .

whenever i try to install the Bet i keep getting "an unexpected file management error has occured please try again"
i can download the set up thing from the website but whenever i try to run it the launcher DL thing pops up then i get the error |
