From Playdota. You can also see it on Liquipedia if Playdota's page get overloaded or something. The long anticipated and rumored patch is here, tons of reworks, 2 new heroes, and 1 new item.

Here is the basic game stuff:

  • Goblin Shredder added to Captain's Mode
  • Skywrath Mage added to Captain's Mode
  • Captain's Mode first ban phase now has 2 bans instead of 3
  • Captain's Mode second ban phase now has 3 bans instead of 2
  • Glyph duration increased from 4 to 5 seconds
  • Enraged Wildkin's Tornado vision decreased from 1200/800 to 300
  • Aegis reclaim time decreased from 10 to 6 minutes Roshan still respawns every 10 minutes, this change does not affect him. It only means that Aegis will last 6 minutes in your inventory instead of 10.

  • Team AoE bounty for kills with 2 heroes around changed from 9Level+95 to 12Level + 125
  • Team AoE bounty for kills with 3 heroes around changed from 8Level+20 to 10Level+40
  • Killer bounty level multiplier increased from 200+5Level to 200+9Level
  • Total XP required for level 7 decreased from 2700 to 2600
  • Total XP required for level 8 decreased from 3500 to 3200 It still requires a total of 4400 XP to reach level 9

  • Added a new loading screen
  • Random Draft Mode hero pool count increased from 20 to 22
  • Recipe items no longer sell for 80% of their price (now 50% like regular items)
  • Added a 1 second cooldown to placing Observer and Sentry wards (to help prevent accidental usage when lagging)
  • Fixed various item sell costs
  • Fixed a lot of tooltips issues
  • Roshan turn rate increased to fix some abuses
  • Fixed a bug that could cause Brewmaster to not respawn


And the rest of the specific hero and item changes. Spoilered because it's long as heck. Currently formatted much nicer on Playdota but I'll try to clean it up some here.

This is amazing.

Will these be in next week in dota2? I can't contain my dokidoki if it is.

I do feel though, that some heroes were buffed that didn't need it, and simply weren't played much because of "meta" (void, pl).

I also sort of like force staff being really strong and a counter to certain heroes. I'm glad the cooldown didn't end up getting nerfed, but the higher cost means it's harder to get on supports.
I know everyone says clockwerk isn't played because force staff counters him, same with disruptor, but uh.. Clockwerk has been played in major dota tournaments after force staff was added. IG vs Tooya WCG 2011, for example. They had force staff so early and clock still wrecked. Disruptor is being picked a lot and decimating teams He's one of the best combos with Naga.
I wish you would pass through power cogs still with force staff, but take the mana and hp damage and get knocked out a short distance, instead of knocked back in if you try to staff out. Maybe that's how it actually works, but i'm guess you bounce back inside while staffing out.
I'd also rather have seen kinetic field letting you pass through, but it also applies like a 50% slow for 3 seconds when you touch the walls, so you are slowed 50% after passing through. :/
It's also not like clockwerk can't buy sheep. Optimal builds change all the time just because people try new things and find they work over time.

Another note, I wish Eblade was changed to ghost scepter+ogre/staff/blade. +20 all stats. The using primary attribute is nice, but it's still +10 all and another +30 agi

Chen
- Holy Persuasion no longer has the ability to teleport allied units
- Test of Faith grants you a secondary ability to teleport allied units


Ugh changed back. I hate this change, it doesn't give chen a chance to do damage and ToF has such a high mana cost ;/

Seems like they've nerfed a lot of the strongest heroes (am, ds) and buffed pretty much everything else with lots of AOE (alchemist, centaur).

Also holy shit this patch is huge, I don't even have time to read it all ;_;

Also, so many people are gonna read this and wonder who Quillbeast/Centaur/Techies/TC etc are :D

- Diabolic Edict now uses Leshrac's cast animation time

Drafting is going to change so much in this patch.

That is also a very nice change to E'Blade with it scaling with your primary stat but if it's still built off an Eaglesong, don't think it'd be ever worth on anyone not agility.

- Mana Shield absorption rate increased from 0.75/1.25/1.5/2 to 0.75/1.25/1.75/2.25
- Mystic Snake damage bonus per jump increased from 20% to 25%
- Split Shot damage per arrow increased from 45/55/65/75% to 50/60/70/80%


Phantom Lancer
- Agility growth increased from 2.8 to 4.2
- Spirit Lance slow duration increased from 3 to 3.25 seconds


Terrorblade
- Armor increased by 2
- Base hp regen increased to 2
- Sunder is no longer blocked by Magic Immunity

From the way i read it, it seems like its a second sub-ability rather than using ToF like it used to. Can someone with WC3 installed confirm?

Thanks, that is pretty cool actually. Could see this work really well to juke.
