It's disappointing that there isn't an open CSL team tournament like last year. Our team really enjoyed playing in last year's tournament. There aren't many opportunities for CSL teams to attend tournaments.
It seems like this could be a great opportunity to grow interest in the CSL. It'd be cool to just have a volunteer caster for CSL games and put them on a completely different stream. That way it wouldn't conflict with the pro tournament.
What was the issue with having a similar CSL portion this year?

Had Pyrrhus not fallen by a beldam's hand in Argos or Julius Caesar not been knifed to death? They are not to be thought away. Time has branded them and fettered they lay lodged in the room of the infinite possibilities they have ousted. -Stephen Dedalus

We are excited to announce AxCranK as the second player invited to Lone Star Clash 2! "I am looking forward to participating in the second installment of the LoneStar Clash. I have never participated in any TeSPA events before, so attending a new tournament is always exciting and interesting. Cheer for me!"
Stay on a lookout for a hint about the third invite later today!

Make it free. There are enough pros in the CSL to make us normal players say forget it. Only 1st place gets anything anyway. I love these little tournaments, but 5 bucks is a lot of hassle when I know I will get thrashed by fitzy/ostoijy/Team Light no matter what.
Also, not many CSL players would have the time to go to Texas for a whole weekend during midterms/finals.

We loved having the CSL team LAN last time and definitely want to bring it back in the future. Venue size was the limiting factor this time since we have expanded to having two main stages. Next time!

I am look forward to see that guys! Especially this year with the eye tracking technology of Mirametrix Gaming. I cannot wait to see the performance of the best players on earth! No promotion but TeSpa this year has achieved an amazing thing: that will the first event in the history of E-sport to use an accurate technology to analyse Pro gamers. We will be able to see what they are looking at in real time (Look per min on the minimap, ressource, heatmaps, graph and stats of their gaze). That is huge, amazing! I am really glad we partnered with TeSpa!
