Surprisingly, scouting for potential recruits is not a strong suit in all eSport organisations with money to spend on SC2, especially when said organisation lacks SC2 enthusiasts in the management team, and this sometimes hampers them for investing in, or investing properly in Starcraft II.
This thread is dedicated to those professionals who lack a team.
NB: I decided to list  NaNiwa, but not White-Ra//Grubby/monchi/ XlorD, despite all having a personal sponsorship, for the simple reason that NaNiwa IS looking for a team.

These are merely speculations based on statements or leaked rumours, and should not be considered as being in any way certain.
 Virtus.pro (VP.BenQ) will recruit a full SC2 lineup after being left with just sLivko.
- After recruiting viPro, Karont3 announced that they will seek to have two players per race. Currently, two Zergs, one Terran, and one Protoss, together with a Protoss player/manager. Source
- Absolute Legends's new SC2 division should be getting new recruits.
- Alliance will be looking to expand its SC2 roster in 2013.
- The Natus Vincere director, on acquiring FXO.EU, said that "our squad will gather some of the best players in the world".

I don't know if Naniwa is in need of a team either since is sponsored by Mionix, shouldn't elfi be on that list as well since he has no team but sponsorship from Asus ROG?
