Axiom eSports has signed former SlayerS Terran Ryung. Considered to be one of the strongest TvT players in the world, Ryung joins former SlayerS comrade-in-arms CranK as the second member of our team.
Considered to be one of the best competitive TvTers in the world, Ryung finally signs with Axiom eSports. This was previously announced through the SlayerS fiasco. Currently up in the air and discussion is MMA, another ex-SlayerS Terran player: Source.
Ryung has been a strong contender in the GSL since May of 2011, bouncing between Code A and Code S. In 2012, he has remained in Code S and/or Code A. His recent foreign accomplishment is reaching the round of 16 at NASL Finals (season 3).
Sorry, if bad topic. I'm very tired

It would have been cool if TB could have somehow got the rights to the SlayerS brand and just continued it without Jessica. Easier said than done I know.

MMA is probably deciding and taking his time. He reportedly has at least two good offers (EG&Axiom), and he might have more. He's a really hard player to sign it would feel like. While his name is huge in the foreign scene, and he is a two-time GSL champion and was the best player in the world in the final months of 2011, he has fallen off in a big way recently and had his reputation take a big hit with the Slayers drama.
It really depends on if a team believes he can recapture his old magic.

Congratulations to everyone involved, TB and his e-sports endeavors continue to show signs of promise and savvy. I'll definitely be watching both Crank and Ryung, along with any other players whom may or may not tag along

Yeah you're right.
It's not like Teamliquid, LighT and ESC made the same mistake this weekend or anything.
Lol, TB you must have some of the thinnest skin of anyone in the community. There are always gonna be negative posts like this from some people and you are one of the few people that I see respond to so many of them. Just rise above it and let the negative people have their opinion. Other than that good luck with Ryung! Hopefully he gets a little bit more stability from you guys than he had with Slayers.

Couldnt agree more. MMA has the history but his mediocre GSL runs raise questions.
