From the official announcement.
Good day to all, we are glad to announce groups and shedule of ASUS Final Battle of the Year in discipline Dota 2, which will be held in "Kiev Cybersport Arena" fron 13th to 16th of December. In this tournament will participate 12 CIS teams and fight for prize fund $15,000.
Livestream will be available on our site with Vitalii 'v1lat' Volochai, Vladyslav 'mtrx4u' Suzdal, Roman 'CaspeRRR' Lepokhin and English (maybe some other) streams. Also you may watch all matches in Dota 2 TV, if you got Star Series Season IV ticket!

as much as i love Asus tournaments, this is a 6,000$ showmatch between Empire and Navi ;D

well nice that even the 3rd and 4th get quite some money so it's not just empire&navi (very likely at least) walking away with 90% of the prizepool
think the finals and who's gonna get top 6 will be the most interesting about it, but should be great to bring more dota tournaments and make it a bigger esport! |

| Apparently, United Sexy Boys name is taken from Comedy Club show popular in Russia and Ukraine (probably other CIS countries too). In brief, USB is 5 glamurous young fellas whose performances at the show include short garbage-like (in humorous way) music videos and jokes about tolerance, homosexuality (!) and, as i understood, in a certain sense they represent modern culture degradation. You can easily find them on youtube. I hope this helped. |

I don't understand these comments. This tournament has a higher quality of teams and a better prize distribution than thor open and most people are just complaining. It's a CIS tournaments. If you followed the scene you would feel stupid making comments like:
