Setup
This game uses a semi-open modified C9++ setup. Namely, there are no Innocent Children (Changed to millers), docs are changed to jailkeepers (because I think they are more interesting mechanics wise), nor are there single shot cops/Jailers/roleblockers, and any vigis are single shot variety. No role is guaranteed, and the presence of one role doesn't guarantee or preclude the existance of any other.
Possible Roles
Vanilla Townie + Show Spoiler +You are a Vanilla Townie!
Cop + Show Spoiler +You are a Cop! Once per night, you may investigate a player by PMing the hosts with ##investigate: Player. Your investigation will either return Town or Scum
Vigilante + Show Spoiler +You are a Vigilante! Once per game, at night, you may kill a player by PMing the hosts with ##Shoot: Player. If you are roleblocked, your shot will be refunded to you. However, if you hit a person being protected, or killed via any other means, your shot will NOT be refunded.
Jailkeeper + Show Spoiler +You are a Jailkeeper! Once per night, you may PM the hosts with ##Jail: Player. That player will be protected from 1 KP, and will be roleblocked.
Town Roleblocker + Show Spoiler +You are a Roleblocker! Once per night, you may roleblock a player by PMing the hosts with ##Block: Player. They will be unable to perform any actions, including Night Kills if they are the person making the hit.
Mason + Show Spoiler +You are a Mason! Your partner contact is: Player. You may communicate with them via whatever means you choose, but a QT has been provided for you if you'd like to use it: Link. You are free to talk to each other during all points of the game, and being roleblocked doesn't prevent your mason ability.
Miller + Show Spoiler +You are a Miller! You have no special powers, but if a Cop checks you, you will return Scum.
Mafia Goon + Show Spoiler +You are a Mafia Goon! Your partners are [players]. You may communicate via the method of your choice, but a QT has been provided for you: link
Mafia Roleblocker + Show Spoiler +You are the Mafia Roleblocker! Once per night, you may roleblock a player by PMing the hosts with ##block: Player. They will be unable to perform any night actions. Your partners are [players]. You may communicate via the method of your choice, but a QT has been provided for you: link
Mafia Godfather + Show Spoiler +You are the Godfather.Your partners are [players]. You may communicate via the method of your choice, but a QT has been provided for you: link. You also return Town to any cop checks.
Serial Killer + Show Spoiler +You are a Serial Killer. Once per night, you may PM the hosts with ##Kill: Player. You may choose to be immune to night investigations, OR 1-shot bulletproof. PM me with your choice within the first 6 hours of day 1. If you don't choose, I will randomly choose for you.
Q&A
- Scum KP is fixed at 1.
- All players, regardless of role, are notified of roleblocks.
- Neither JKs nor their targets are notified of saved hits.
- Scum chooses 1 member to carry out the night hit. In the event that there is a scum roleblocker, he may carry out the night kill and roleblock someone in the same night, should he so choose. If the mafia member carrying out the night kill is roleblocked, no kill will take place.
- Millers are self-aware
- Passive abilities are NOT roleblockable (Mason/SK BulletProof/GF Check Immunity).
- Action Resolution: Mafia RB > Town RB > Everything else.
Since this game will probably run into Christmas, the Cycle that Christmas falls in will be extended 24 hours.
