Hi, i have started playing storm spirit a lot, i really like this hero, and i am sure he's a great mid. However, i would like to be better at jungling with him.
Smoke of Deceit invisibility trick is harder now because creeps run away. To destroy a full stacked hard camp i use 2 smokes, and i usually end up same level as side lanes. Naturally my ganks are much later than those which come from me being mid. My usual route is killing small camp and stacking big one till i get level 6 and start ganking a lot.
What are your suggestions on good jungling routes with storm?  |

| I'd recommend learning some chokepoints & trying that out with overload + image spam |

you can't choke point jungle on storm, you're just going to die
i think your best bet is just double pulling the ez and hard camps over and over on dire and double pulling the medium camps over and over on radiant
it still sucks though, you have to have a safe lane that's good at pushing for it to work (kotl, gyro, axe, etc) and it's kind of slow anyway |

stack the camps and bomb them with the reverand. not the best but doable, get bottle fast.
dont choke jungle any big creep will just murder you. |

| Is jungling Storm actually a thing? Sounds stupid to me, especially since he's a hero that profits from mid so incredibly much. |

storm is a pretty weak mid
but then again he's pretty weak in the jungle as well
and he's awful in sidelanes so idk |

I think you can still do it with a smoke, but it takes a bit longer. You can wait for them to clump again after they disperse.
As for Storm in mid, he's not that weak. It all depends on the matchups. Storm is really good against most melee heroes because his remnant is spammable so anytime a melee hero gets close to the wave you can harass them with it and it does a lot of damage. His attack damage and animation are also pretty good. |

you just gank him alot if he's mid, he's extremely vulnerable to that pre-6.
OT: chokejungling with storm is only gonna get you killed... just dont go jungle with it anymore, takes too long now that the creeps run off again after taking invisdamage |

| It's definitely doable. Not recommended but doable. Just get a bottle and repeatedly clear the small camp, then stack the hard camp. Do that over and over, ferrying bottle as you need. Then just smoke up and kill the stacked hard camp. Drop a remnant and wait a little tip the creeps are reasonably clumped up and drop another remnant. Once smoke wears of just kite them with remnant + overload. Typically for skilling I go 1/3/1/3/3/4 it's bad to not have any points in stun but makes jingling easier. You could substitute the 3rd point of e for w I guess but w/e |

Any hero with any kind of aoe can go jungeling but there is usually some hero that better fills that role.
Start by stacking the small camp on whatever side you are on and kill it. That equals almost an instant lvl 2. Now you have the skills you need to kite the larger camps. You will need a huge amount of mana to do jungle storm effectively. Having either a kotl or cm to help you with mana issues and maybe grabbing a soul ring might make it feasible.

| SS is a bit too dependent on what spawns in the jungle to succeed - I'd recommend just sticking to mid for the fast levels and earlier ganks |

| Similar to what the other posters are saying, don't take him jungle. He has no effective way to jungle and maintain XP and gold with the other heroes. |
