Congratulations to 草泥馬, the winners of the first season. Following a very dominant regular season, they took a very close 2-1 finals win over wbiPtePcnT. The second season is now ready to start and what better way to kick off the new year than to play some very exciting competitive dota?
I invite each and every individual on TL who plays dota 2 to sign up either as an individual or with a team for some great fun. This season will be sorted slightly by skill level, given the performances of the previous season along with general dota 2 mmr bracket information from new players. This will give the league a new formation of two separate skill differentiated divisions.

1) Any rescheduled matches are to be coordinated with the opposition previous to 7 days before the scheduled match in order to guarantee reschedule. Reschedules can be done after this time, however, they must be done before the designated match time and will not be guaranteed by the league. i.e. If you decide you need a reschedule less than 7 days before and your opponent declines, you do not get a reschedule. The match time is fixed and Walk over time is 10 minutes per opposition member present. 2) Stand-ins are allowed, up to 2 stand-ins per team per match. To be updated as required
The victor of Division 1 playoffs will earn themselves a very special Bo3 show match against team Empire. The format of this show match will also be Captain's mode with the servers alternating Europe - USEast - Cointoss. The champions of the league may opt to play entirely on Empire's server of choice if it is also more convenient for them.

I should have my streaming stuff set up again on my new ssd soon. I will probably stream some games, and if anyone I know wants to cast I could stream them.
Steam ID: dfs_k Microphone - y Preferred Hero Type - doesnt matter Skill level - see no point in this since its hard to self-evaluate, but let it be High

For skill level you could just use the skill bracket you play in, such as normal, high, and very high. Don't need to self-evaluate.
just a reminder to the guy above me, and to anyone else who might read this. There is a 100 post requirement to participate in this tournament, or a recommendation from someone with 500+ posts.
I'm going to work on being able to participate in this but regardless of what happens I'd like to offer to commentate some games. I have everything I'd need except a co-caster and can put everything up on twitch and YouTube.
I'm not sure if I meet the post requirement quite yet but if I do I will edit this when I get home.

Skill bracket tells me I'm very high but kupo always tells me I'm really bad, which should I trust?
