Hmm Europe qualifier : 2 America (3) + US (1) qualifiers : 4 South East Asia qualifier : 2 Korean qualifier : 2 Total : 10
I thought it was only 8 ? was it changed?

The caster line up is slightly wrong.
For the record:
Kaelaris will cover Stage 1 on his own for both cup 1 and cup 2. Apollo will join him for Stage 2.

Each Server has qualification : China, Korea & Taiwan, SEA. There is a Stage 3 which will feature 4 KRTW + 2 CN + 2 SEA. The top of the Stage3 will go to New York.

That's a pretty sick list of seeded players

No Sen seed? I mean I don't know whos seed I'd give to him but its weird for Sen to not be invited to a TW qualifier

The seeds are based on the WCS Rankings. Sen will have to qualify from Stage 1.

Wait so seeds for spots that will immediately get WCS points are based on WCS points AND theres an invite spot for players based on WCS points? I mean I know its not IEM's fault the system is the way it is but I really hope some changes get made in 2014

The seeds aren't for the main tournament, they're for the second stage of the qualifier. Nobody is guaranteed WCS points.
