Wait so will they play in the small little venue they always play in or will they play in those big ass soundproof booths cuz it seems like OGN is the studio with the large soundproof booths

no more OGN studio? sad
and bo5 instead of bo7? ((
|
TheMarine and GoRush are now casting Sonic Proleague instead. OGN is out of SC2 most probably.
|
OGN has moved on to LoL and the Korean Fan girls who fawn over those sweet LoL players.
Not hugely surprised, OGN is a broadcast network and they follow the viewers, not the other way around.

Some minor corrections: Winner of a Round should be ~$15,000, not 1500 2nd of a Round is also ~$5000, not 500

Any news on how long the seasons are going to be in total, will the end finals be late Summer?
|
Bad for SC2. Can't really blame OGN though, the LoL trend in Korea is crazy right now - higher than Starcraft at its height.
|
so this means smn and whiplash cast? :D

Bo5 is kind of a let down

Wow wasn't expecting such a massive prize-pool for Proleague.
Seriously people, you have nothing to bitch about. Nothing. Stop the whining over OGN. They didn't want to broadcast it, so too bad for them. This prize pool is big and better than any of us were expecting. Like someone else said, I believe it's the biggest in Proleague history.
If SC2 starts catching on again in Korea, I'm sure it'll get picked up for TV. This was expected though, regarding OGN changing to LoL.
P.S. I have no idea why they would do Bo5 over Bo7, but I'm o.k. with it either way.
