I went out to ONE kitchen in midtown. You enter a warehouse with purple flourescent panel walls through a giant of a door with a sleek modern design handle. It's very well and tacky, very modern. It's not. But it's almost like a dessert cream just added on top of a raspberry chz cake. Then.. the texture just comes together -_-;; OMG.
But it's actually not bad on it's own. It has fresh ground pepper kick aftertaste?? which is so wierd but then the ice cream tastes like ice cream.
And i love fresh ground pepper feel. Makes my nose feel fresh~_~
Yea it's not bad tasting...But the only thing I love pepper on is on my scrambled eggs...Otherwise I wasnt a huge fan of the black pepper ice cream..Maybe I should try it with pickles
