After a long hiatus I decided to get back into the game. I used to be decent at Zerg (C+), but now I found I've lost a lot of the theory that I used to know.
A quick search for 'zerg build order' or 'zerg bo' does not bring anything up, nor is there anything in the Recommended thread.
Can people list a few build orders as zerg, and also how it leads (generally) into midgame? |

| If you really were C+ skills, I believe a few Replays of high skilled player should give you every BOs back or at least it's gonna help you to remember them. Or simply watch replays of yourself in the past? |

Reps are a good idea, but i believe VODs are kinda harder to get BOs since you can't really see the timing of the Building ;/ |

| personally i like listals. but some moron completely flamed me when i posted it a few months back, saying its worthless. listals breaks it down very nice. tsunamis, while old, gives u a lot of good ideas too. |

basically when going against toss,
9 overlord
12 spool or hatch
11 or 12 spool or hatch (depending which one u built first, also depends on map)
carry on from here, u can either go triple hatch hydra, 3rd hatchery should be around 16 supply.
Gas should be around 15.
terran is similar
9 overlord
12 hatchery
11 pool
15 gas
16 hatchery
18 lair
22 spire (I think)
make sure to put some kind of defense, 2-3 sunkens.
make 7-9 mutalisks, hotkey with overlord and go harass. when you're done, make hydra den, upgrade lurker and zergling speed, depending on pressure, go queen nest, hive, defiler den, upgrade consume and then plague, then own.
going against zerg has many different ways, this is my favorite
9 pool
9 overlord
3 eggs of zerglings
12extractor
upgrade speed cuz ling ling battle happens, build sunken in ur mineral line so u can drone stack and attack lings easier if they get to ur mineral line. get lair and then spire as soon as possible, make scourges first to kill overlords so he can prevnt himself from making mutalisks. |
