i got em off a torrent, but you can find em in google romnation has an older sf3iii.zip see if you can get a newer version some are missing a .bin file

Is this the newest one? I still play SF2 Turbo on my SNES no man alive can beat me. ^.^ Can't wait to the newer version for PS2 comes out so I can own that ladder. Been playing that game for 14+ years haha.

ok the game works perfectly for me. Use the nebula emulator i posted. The rom you can google sf3iii.zip and sf33usa.bin. Theres a Mame emulator, mame64k latest version can use it but its reallly buggy compared to the nebula.
its for cps3, which has never been emulated before, so its really big news!
Theres a Dreamcast version too but its WAYY too slow and buggy :S

I was playing this yesterday, and unfortunately the game doesn't have sound like in the video. However, the game plays flawlessly, I am very impressed indeed. All of the graphical glitches seen in the Youtube video have been fixed and the framerate is always minimum 60. Excellent work by ES.

Doesn't have sound? I'm using the latest version of the emulator (3 I believe) and the graphics are flawless and the sound is great. I just wish there were more than 6 games available so far..
Yeah I can't figure out why there's no sound. Sound is enabled but I hear nothing, and there's not much to configure on this emulator since it's pretty barebones.

my cousin parry'd chun li's houyoku yesterday easily. The sound too works perfectly to me too, besides having a weird echo at some parts. CPS3 unfortunately only has that many games, although they are all really famous. Japan has crazy SF3:TS tournaments like starcraft on a lower level. Just look up K.O Videos if you wanna see some gosu's fighting
