In japan that cost $1
and?
Can you really pay 1 dollar a month for that connection? Or are you just saying its like 30$ a month for 30x that?
Im just going off the article, i assume you wouldnt be able to pay $1 for a connection because you can double it for $2.. It probably starts around $10 or something for the "slow" internet. This is just speculation. |

at uni it is something like, 10mb/12mb, upload is faster than dl
You sure its not 10/2? And also how much do you pay? We need more Koreans to see how close the article comes to the truth.
i'm on a wireless connection, with some stuff running. normally it could get to 15k/2k. it is the standard optimum online cable, dunno cost. |

hmm, not very reliable site for me. I got between 500 and 2500 kbps both up and down on different servers. It even changed a lot trying twice on the same server... Maybe it is not optimised for europeans. Is there a test I can do from here?
My connection is a 100mbit up/down though (12.5MB/s), but I almost only come close to that from other swedes... And OSL finals torrents with hundreds and hundreds of hungry teamliquidians. I averaged 7mb/s upload on that torrent for like 12 hours.
I pay (around) 10$ per month for this connection. |

<FreeFrag> The most secure computer in the world is one not connected to the internet. <FreeFrag> Thats why I recommend Telstra ADSL.
I get ~5400 kbps down and ~400 kbps up. I think we pay about $40/month (Canadian dollars, not that it matters much these days ).Last edit: 2007-09-02 08:41:13 |
