my dad is not ambitous enough and is really a miserable person to talk to but he worked pretty much to death making our life better.
my mum is too muscline, some times i wonder who is the wife of the family lol. too much ambition, too little understanding, have a weird value and view of the world. but still, both of them worked hard.

Absentee dad! He's ok.. he used to be kind of abusive, but I'm his favourite over my sister by a LOT (which is also an indication of pretty poor parenting, lol). Doesn't get mad at me too much, but he's also.. not really in my life, you know? Rated 5, maybe deserved a 6.

9/9. My parents are great because they complement each other. My mom is serious and helps me with school, but my dad is chill, he lets me go out, makes penis jokes and stuff like that.
They both give great advice though and so I love them. |

10/10 For Mom. She has been the world to me and has taught me everything I need to know to succeed in life.
-10/10 For Dad. He has an affair with my mom 4 years ago and has not done anything to fix it. He is not a real father and has never been. I've had to support my mother with bills and trying to fix up my house everyday since he's left. He left me with a burden that 20 year old's this day should not be doing. Going to college, going out and having fun and saving money for a good car is what people at 20 should be doing. No not me. Paying an expensive mortgage payment, electric and water bills, my life for 4 years has been keeping my house, younger sister, younger brother, and my mother alive. I do not regret doing any of this, as I love my family very much and I would go through everything and anything to give them a happy home and a good life.

I really like both my parents. I wouldnt put one over the other, I dont like ranking stuff like that, kind of a communist
But to judge their parent skills is different ^^
10 dad - He might not be perfect, but he tries really hard. He had a really tough childhood, and I understand him so well.
6-7 mom - She decided to quit her job to take care of the 3 of us, but she is so distant. I dont know anything about her and she doesnt know anything about me. Its like a room mate. Nonetheless, she is a nice person.Last edit: 2007-10-29 01:37:53 |
