-4강 진출 소감은.
▶2년이 넘었다고는 하지만, 오랜만에 올라왔다고 하지만 크게 기쁘진 않다. 최소 결승은 가야 기쁠 것 같다.
-How do you feel about going to the semifinals.
▶It's been over 2 years, and it's been a long time but I am not very happy yet. I'll be happy when I reach at least the finals.

-역대 전적에서 크게 뒤져 있던 강 민과 상대했다.
▶프로게이머를 처음 시작했을 때부터 알던 선배라 전적은 크게 신경쓰지 않았다.
-You played Kang Min (Nal_rA) who has been statistically stronger against you.
▶I didn't really take it into account because I've known him since i became a progamer.

-프로토스전에 약하다는 평가가 많았다.
▶부진했다는 것은 성적만 봐도 알 수 있다. 프로토스전을 많이 치르지는 않았지만 약하다는 것을 극복하기 위해 더 열심히 준비했다.
-Many people were saying you are weak against protoss.
▶I can tell I haven't been playing that well just by looking at my "grades". I did not play that many protoss players but I prepared extra hard to overcome my weakness.

-전체적인 컨셉트는 어떻게 구성했나.
▶ 의외성을 보여주려고 했다. 최근 프로토스들이 1팩토리 더블 커맨드에 강력한 모습을 보이고 있으면서 벌처 드롭이나 2팩토리 등은 배제하는 경향이 많다. 사실 가장 많이 준비한 맵은 2세트에 쓰인 로키2였다. 원래 사용하려던 전략이 있었지만 정찰에 성공하면서 수정했다. 김택용 선수와의 4강전에서 보여드릴 수 있을 것이다.
-What was the overall concept of the series'
▶I wanted to show unorthodoxness. Protosses have been showing strong form against FD lately but have not been exceptional against vulture drops or 2 facts. I actually prepared the most for Loki II. I prepared a strategy before hand but I revised it when I succeeded in scouting. I will be able to show it in my game against Kim Taek Yong (Bisu[shield])

-개인적으로 생각하기에 오늘 플레이는 몇 점이었나.
▶100점 만점에 70점이었다. 내가 잘했다고는 생각하지 않는다. 좀 더 다듬을 필요가 있다는 것을 경기하면서 많이 느꼈다.
-How do you score your performance today?
▶I give it a 70 out of 100. I don't think I played that well. I felt that I need to refine my game as I was playing today.

-김택용과의 경기를 앞두고 프로토스전을 치렀다는 것은 행운 아닌가.
▶5전3선승제를 준비하면서 다양한 전략을 갖고 있다는 것은 행운이다. 그렇지만 보여줄 수밖에 없다는 것은 불운이라 생각한다. 새로운 전략을 구상할 필요성을 다시 느꼈다.
-Don't you feel lucky that you played a series against a toss player before playing Bisu?
▶to have many strategies in a BO 5 match is being lucky. But it is also unlucky that I have to show my builds as well. I felt the need to come up with new strategies.

-평소 김택용을 어떻게 생각하고 있는가.
▶최고의 프로토스라 생각한다. 내가 도전하는 사람의 자세로 경기를 준비할 것이다.
-What do you think of Bisu?
▶I think he is the best protoss. I will prepare for the games with the mindset of a challenger.

-4세트 드롭십이 환상적이었다.
▶프로토스들이 드롭십을 배제한 플레이를 많이 하더라. 조디악에서 가장 잘 통할 것 같아 가다듬었다. 본진이나 섬 확장 기지도 견제할 수 있고 이동 거리를 줄일 수 있다는 것이 드롭십 전략의 핵심이다.
-Your dropship use in the 4th match was fantastic.
▶Protosses play without taking dropships into account these ays. Zodiac felt like it would work best so I worked my dropship play on that map. I can harass the main or the island expo, as well as reduce the traveling distance. (thereby increasing terran mobility... sounds like he took a book out of Boxer's handbook from 7 years ago)

-네임 밸류에 비해 좋은 성적을 내지 못했다는 비판을 많이 받아왔다.
▶ 게이머 생활하면서 가장 아쉬운 부분이다. 연속적으로 좋은 성적을 내야 하는데 스타리그 우승 한 번으로 모든 것을 평가받는 기분이 싫었다. 그 때문에 나에게게 압박을 주면서 성적에 연연했고 그로 인해 악순환을 만들어 냈다. 올해부터는 편하게 마음 먹고 성적에 연연하지 않으면서도 최선을 다하겠다고 마음 가짐을 바꿨다. 스트레스 받는 일은 하지 않겠다고 결심한 것이 좋은 성적으로 이어진 것 같다.
-Many people have been criticizing you that you don't match your name's value in your performance.
▶ That's the worst part of being a progamer. I did not like being pressured to keep performing well just because I won a n OSL. I have been harshly pressured, and became obsessed with my performance, which led to even worse performance. I decided not to take how well I am playing into account and just do my best this year. I think my performance got better because I decided not to stress over my performance.

-기다려준 팬들에게 한 마디.
▶지난 번에 16강을 통과했을 때 열렬히 응원해준 팬들의 모습을 기억한다. 단지 8명 안에 든 것 뿐인데도 열성적이었다. 내가 겉으로는 드러내지 않았지만 정말 고마웠고 더 열심히 해서 좋은 모습 보여드리겠다.
-Something to say to your fans.
▶I remember the way my fans cheered me on when I got through the round of 16. I only got into the round of 8 but they were so passionate. I did not show it on the outside but I was very thankful and I will strive to show even better form.

i hope for a close BO5 beetween him and bisu !! But bisu will win anyway !!!
