Roddick was kinda rude to the referees last night, but it was funny to hear.
The commentators quoted him saying many offensive things in the past, like "kids should stick to school or you will end up being a umpire".  |

The average person may know of Federer, Roddick, Sharapova, Williams and some of the older players (Borg, Mcenroe, Sampras, Agassi, ect.) but thats it.

tennis is bigger than soccer by a lot.
Its probably up there with Hockey, behind golf.

the german guy made a deep return of roddicks serve. roddick got close and could've hit it, but he let it go. the ball was called out by the linesmen, but the german guy challenged it. it was in. the result was roddick lost the point and he made a big deal about it. roddicks argument was he could have made a play so they should redo the point. what i saw was roddick could've made a play, but he let it go and it happened to be in. so roddick was whining about it like a jackass that game. |

That pretty much sums up the US men's soccer team also.
w/e, for me, there is only one match I NEED to watch, and it's the women's ro16 Sharapova vs. Dementieva. That should've been the final.
