New OSC banner by KizZGB

THE FORMAT

The 18 group winners of the OSC offline preliminaries (thread) are joined by the 6 loosers (loosing 1-2) of the previous ODT (thread) for a total of 24 players. They will be split into 6 ODT style groups. The advancing players will make the Ro32 of the EVER 2008 OSL.

THE RESULTS

* The first two matches will be played on Katrina, the winners/loosers matches will be played on Troy, and the final match will be played on Blue Storm.

uhhh... i don't get the format... what's the difference between ODT and OSC? will they have different champs or will they face each other eventually in the final? very interesting format.

I can still remember the smell of fried zerglings and hatcheries zapped by Nal_ra's Archons...

There's now 6 groups, 24 players. The winner of the groups qualify to OSC playoffs, 2nd players go directly to the ODT. 6 players fight each other in Bo3 in quarter final and next round the 4th placed player of the Bacchus OSL joins the three players left. They play Bo3 in semi-final and Bo5 in final. The player, who win the OSC, is the 4th seed for the next OSL. And also the players, who eleminated in the OSC playoffs, are qualified to the ODT.
In ODT there are 24 players (12 from OSC,12 from Bacchus OSL(They got eleminated)) The Group winners and runner-ups in ODT, goes to the next OSL.

So the next OSL contains 1st,2nd,3rd players of the Bacchus OSL(They are 1st,2nd,3rd seeds also), OSC playoff winner (4th seed) and 12 Players from ODT.

Could this be clarified. The reference to ODT when it means the Ro32 in the OSL confused the hell out of me.
