Humans, as much as we like to believe always superior, are physically inferior to animals. Humans are slower, weaker, and incredibly more fragile. The fact our body stands on 2 limbs instead of 4, shows how inferior our fighting ability is. Animals has jaws, claws & killer instinct. They are born with these weapons. It's our intellect that makes the human mind superior. We fight with weapons, not our bare hands.
With only bare hands, the human serves to be an animal's dinner.

| The only way the dog can kill you is if it bites you in the neck. If you can take the pain from bites to various other body parts and not panick, I think person would win. |

| dogs are fking scary when they are angry and intent on owning you though, you never get to see their true strength when you own one cause they are so docile even if they seem to be 'trying' while playing/play fighting or w/e |

if the dog comes too close, use your fingers to poke into it's eyes and go to a safe distance again
repeat.

dog attacks happen sometimes here, when it happens its like big news and gets on to the front page of everything... but the victims are small kids, never heard of adults getting pwned by dogs before. imo, a dog is probably smart enough NOT to attack a human adult unless he really needs too, the dog knows it cant win... we should know too. |

Dog can't do enough damage in one hit to kill/paralyze a human (unless you let it go for your fucking jugular or something)and then human counters with enough damage to concuss/kill the dog. |

| I picked the dog as an average german sheperd is a pretty decent at fighting, and an average human isn't. Depends on if the dog goes for your neck when he has the chance, or is like a rotweiler who just keeps the first it grabs hold of. Oh and kick it in the face technique works until dog jumps at you and you lose your balance, which will happen. from then on you will be fighting for your arm, until he decides your bending neck is a better target and you're dead. Only opportunity for an average human is to get it on the ground and strangle it or sticking out its eyes while it bites you. |

If the dog is not trained to fight it would probably go for the hand/leg, like dogs do. Not for the neck. I've been attacked by a german shepherd and it's not as horrible as you may thing. He got my arm and was struggling to shake it. The dog was about 2 years old and was about 30-40 kg. I'm guessing 35, but not sure what their average weight is.
So... a human weighing twice as much as that can take him. If nothing else just drop on the dog with your whole body weight while it's biting your arm, then try to suffocate/choke/punch/stomp on until it dies. I don't see how it can bite your neck, as dogs don't generally do that vs humans.
Easiest way would be chocking him obviously. Especially if it's on the ground, knee-to-neck, gg. I think weight is a serious factor here. |

Just want to clarify that this isn't a poodle we're fighting against:
Build: Sturdy, muscular, slightly elongated, with a light but solid bone structure
Weight: 60-120 pounds
Height: 22-24-26 inches
Teeth: A very strong scissors bite with 750 to 1200 pounds
Eyes: Almond-shaped, never protruding, dark brown (sometimes blue as puppies), with a lively, intelligent expression
Ears: Wide at the base, pointed, upright and turned forward
Tail: Bushy, reaching almost to its hocks and hanging down when the dog is at rest
Limbs: Front legs and shoulders are muscular, its thighs thick and sturdy
Feet: Round with very hard soles

We have instincts also. Ours are just harder to resurrect. And we're much more intelligent, as well.
If you could manage to get a good grip on the dog's neck, you could strangle it and all the while prevent it from biting your neck.
