I'm very confident. Korean Zerg strategies are ahead of foreign Zergs by about 1-2 years, and foreign ZvT also develops very slowly. I think TvZ is my strongest matchup. I predict I will go 6-1 or 5-2; there are a few maps that are very suited to early rushes, very suitable to his [F91’s] style, so I might lose two games.
And what happens? Idra loses 2-5. The white hope of the modern day and age losing to some random zerg player from China. If you can't beat him how are you supposed to beat progamers? I mean seriously the only games you won were games on two maps, Colosseum and Destination, maps that you've been practicing on 13 hours a day in the CJ Pro-team house with Koreans. Of course those are locks but the other five? Why did you lose Idra?

why are you pretending you know anything about starcraft? raid assault is covered in narrow passages and high grounds and has a very short rush distance through the center, as well as high ground immediately outside the natural. it also has a total of 2 gas expos outside the mains and naturals, both of which are near impossible to defend vs drops. as such if zerg lets terran get into the mid/long game in good shape, they are going to lose. with 3 hatch the only real option is a 3 hat lurk ling allin to try to abuse the back way, thats quite risky in itself but he wasnt even going 3 hat lair. however, the natural and main are very far apart, there is a cliff over the natural, and the main's min line is backed up against water. this makes 2 hat muta exceptionally good. this means that an intelligent zerg will go 2 hatch, my build was designed to take advantage of that and so lost because he went 3 hatch. going 3 hatch is utterly retarded for the reasons i just explained so yes i did lose because he did something dumb.

kinda already talked about this too. i scanned the lurker opening on andro and as he is an allin player and he did a lurker allin the game before i assumed he would do it again and built bunkers and a quick dropship. delayed my barracks and my vessel. instead of allining he powered, added more hatches, and went hive (and delayed his lurkers doing so). no amount of micro or game sense or scanning or whatever bullshit you're babbling about can save any terran from that point.
That's the point kid. Micro, scanning, and especially game sense wouldn't save any terran from that point. But any terran with micro, scanning, and game sense wouldn't have gotten into that situation anyways because they wouldn't be thinking like such a linear brained retarded fucking frankenstein and would assume that more is possible than what they think their opponent will probably do. If you play the same way every game (LIKE YOU LOL) then you will be very predictable and people can easily take optimal openings vs. you. If you mix it up on the other hand you gain an edge because you're not predictable. Looks to me like he figured you'd just assume he's all-in'ing again and he'd exploit the fact that you're a dumb goon and do what crushes the terran counter to zerg-allin. Oh wait, thats what he did! boxer was a cheesy player with no mechanics.... in 2002... when no one had mechanics. before he went to the army his macro, though not the best in korea, was more than adequate and his micro was still among the best, on top of his creativity. and he was creative. sure he did run of the mill cheeses, but he also came up with shit no one else would do.
f91 fails on both those counts. he is not mechanically clean, at all. hell the andro game he banked like 3k/3k off of 3 gas. maybe he was saving for ultras, but i think he put up his ultra den after his money started climbing out of control (kinda has to have actually, you dont hit 3k/3k in the build time of an ultra den). [b]and he is not clever. he simply hopes you dont guess or read which way hes gonna go. opening lurker and hoping your opponent doesnt guess properly if you're gonna attack or not is not a 'crazy rush' or a brilliant strategy. it is a coinflip.

I mean though I completely understand why Idra does what he does. Imagine a young lil nerd in USA in college playing BW all day with no life. Finally the chance of a lifetime: PROGAMING IN KOREA! Then he gets to Korea and after months on the team even the b-team practice newbies don't even want to play against him because he's so bad and its wasting their time to play him. Fine he was able to put that all behind him though because Estro managed to convince CJ to take him (CJ is more structured and strict so this wouldn't happen there). All the hype just got even bigger. The expectations rose from all his foreign fans. Then what happens? A year goes by and the only public game he's played in Korea was a prelim game where he got utterly raped by JulyZerg because even though his build was good, his execution against JulyZerg was just really bad. THEN another foreigner comes to Korea for a while and steals all his spotlight (which he was failing to live up to anyways). Now he's just been in a lull and we've heard nothing from him really for a while and finally he gets a show match against a chinese newbie where he can have some fun and win a little money in the process. Especially in his best matchup! Oh no I got raped 2-5 because I played like an idiot with no game sense!!!
