Suddenly basilisk is actually a really scary idea.
I hate covert recons enough as it is, I don't need surprise reps showing up out of nowhere too 
If we win, we shouldn't let any of these spread outside of TL, and if we lose, we should buy them all up and then do the BBQ - have a mass self-destruct party.
