| Or, once you're done training caldari frig III so you can fly a merlin, train minmatar frigate IV next so you can fly a rifter when you want to. No need to buy a second account lol. |

| I certainly spent points in worse areas when I was a newbie, but yeah you can get a lot more out of the three weeks that early on, its a skill you want after a while though. 43m sp now so i guess it doesnt matter. Last edit: 2012-08-08 11:33:59 |

Is so nice on minnie frigs, especially any sort of kite set up. Generally all assault frigs get significantly better with it.

Hits to 70km optimal, at 481 DPS. Drones easily deal with frigates etc. Tank lasts for 2mins, but of course you only need to pulse. Totals to just above 500m, 180m of that in the shield booster. The C-type is 100m less but gives around 8% less boost- you said a 500m budget, so I filled to 500m. If you get isk to blow making the magstabs fed navy gives an easy +10% DPS, but at 100m a pop. The long optimal range makes it practically AFK, but not quite as AFK as a droneboat. Still, droneboats are rather predictable and boring, and longrange missile fits tend to have issues with missing rounds. (firing a salvo while one is still on the way)
