Wow, just got caught up on the thread and see I am a suspect.
I've been very busy with work lately and this is the first chance I've had to catch up, my apologies to BC and the town for being so inactive.
Many of you have admitted I am a decent mafia player; with that in mind, if I were mafia, why in the WORLD would I be stupid enough to change my entire playing style up? Clearly, it's made me very suspicious to some of you.
Furthermore, if I were an inactive mafia, I'd bet there be at least one or two indirect defenses of me; I've been in contact with no one, and there have been zero defenses for me.
I'm going to go back over the clues and do some analysis now that I have some free time.
|
Day 1: - It took hours for BC to die; why would mafia feel comfortable leaving him there, and not finishing the job themselves? All the other mafia deaths were quick. - I also think “bowl” is a clue, along with “broken on the floor” - Fire, explosions stick out to me, maybe there will be something coming up in the next day posts.
Day 2: - Fusiondf was killed extremely and maybe unnaturally fast. They split up, one through the front, and one through the back, and yet fusion is dead by the time pyrr makes it through the door. - I think Nemy was killed by bockit’s mafia, because there is a trust described there when he “gets up to save his friend”.
Day 1 and Day 2 Connections: - BC is caught unawares + scar was distracted by the phrase on the television + fusion had something pressed into his eyes by the mafia + bockit not seeing his attacker. All of these in conjunction make me think sight is a clue here.

Either way, as a DT he was far too active in the thread and that is why he most likely received his fate. It was luck more than anything else, or yes it is possible that he RCed a GF faking to be a DT and PMed him, but the chances of that happening are slim to none. I really don't think luck had anything to do with the death of the two DTs. There were only four people killed meaning that the mafia either stacked up their hits or our medics/vets absorbed a few hits. I also note that none of the people killed were on Qatol's medic list. Ace did say he took a hit and he's on the list. So unless all the mafia combined start off with a KP of 5 then I'm reasonably certain they stacked up these hits. And if these hits were stacked then Pyr dying had nothing to do with luck. I'm very skeptical of anyone Pyr may have trusted with PMs or whatnot. Clearly Qatol comes under suspicion, as do veterans of TL mafia who would talk a lot behind the scenes. Since Qatol is the only person I can be sure to suspect, I'd suggest taking a good look at QuickStriker. Qatol made a point not to target him with his mayoral lynch although QS has been a suspicious character for several people so far.
This entire post makes a lot of sense. Two DTs off the bat pretty much ensures that there was an information leak somewhere. If there is a way to verify the folks Pyrr was talking to, we should go that route, since it's almost guaranteed that there's at least one mafia in that number.
This puts pressure on you, Qatol, since you were talking to Pyrr extensively, and we can surmise that the two of you were most likely speaking to some of the same people. Furthermore, it falls to you because you are our Mayor, and our rallying point, at least for the time being.
Also, Pyrr is ALWAYS active, even when he's mafia, so that's not a valid excuse as to why he got killed.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think your vote counts unless you place it in the Mafia voting blog, found here.

lmao @ protocol for calling people out.

oh god.
the majority of you are fcukin' morons and I hope the mafia wipes out the lot of you.
You guys say, "Oh, Versatile hasn't defended herself". Well, you blind bats, there hasn't been a SINGLE RESPONSE to what I said in defense of myself last night. If no one has any questions for me, why should I jump up and down screaming "I'm innocent!"? Especially if the votes are going the other way? Doesn't make any sense.
A few things before I'm lynched.
1. Qatol was super active and now that he is being accused, he's super quiet. You'd think there'd be a jump in his activity. And even IF he hasn't being accused, what the hell is the point of an inactive Mayor?
2. Ace is mafia. I'd bet my left tittay.
3. If Qatol is indeed mafia, him and Ace are in opposing families.
Kill me now, please and thanks, I'm irritated by the sheer idiocy and buffoonery in this here thread.

Let me explain about Ace.
He thinks he's a great mafia player. He kinda is. But I know his playing style, and I've already caught one of his tells; he's done in a few of the conversations we've had already. I'm not going to tell you all what it is because if I did.....well, would I still be special? (just a lil' sarcasm, folks).
The only reason I didn't raise the red flag before is because I didn't want to alarm him and cause my death even faster.
Secondly, I've been talking to Ace on and off for days. He is one person who can confirm I didn't even know the game started until more than 48hrs into it. He chose not to do that though. Instead, he chose to add to the suspicion of me, and didn't bother to tell you all that we've had other conversations, so it is definitely not unusually for me to be on another board and not this one. Hell, I only come here for mafia.
Either way, I'm perfectly content with dying. Hopefully though, someone pays attention to my posts afterward.

MTF was a mafia mayor, if I'm remembering correctly.

kinda off subject, in regards to the problem of inactivity.
why aren't people who are inactive just banned from the next game?
It seems to me that a game of 30 would be better than a game of 50+ with 20 inactives, just saying.

Useful information?
Yeah, watch out for Somali pirates, I hear they're taking over the world.

suspensions? I'm sure you meant suspicions, but that's all good.
any idiot can see I'm innocent, but I'm completely content with dying if it helps the town get it together and hopefully pull this one out.
The amount of inactivity in this game is crazy.
Lastly, stop bitching about the mod. Running games is hard enough and while we all want to see what happens when I'm lynched, I'm sure waiting a little bit isn't going to hurt anyone. The guy's probably got things going on, just give him some time and have a little patience.

oh and, it's a great thing you're around to defend qatol, tricode. great thing indeed.

lol @ avenge my death. thanks. Hmmm, I wonder if anyone is still doing clue analysis?

cremation. scatter my ashes into the Atlantic please.

Nah, I think I've spent enough time in his bed, time to explore something new.

The other option, dying to give the town information, isn't one you'll accept a DEATH for, since if you knew you were innocent prior to being killed you'd be able to provide stronger clue links elsewhere or role-call at the last minute.
So either ver's mafia or a mafia godfather trying to get a circle of trust started.
Either way, if ver pops up red tomorrow and I'm right, we're going to have a LOT of leads to go after because of how people are reacting to this.
You're kidding right? What kinda idiot says "oh woe is me, thanks for the game, learn from your mistakes!" and expects to be saved?
Actually, what is the likelihood of either scenario happening?
1. Any smart DT wouldn't bother to waste a check on someone who so obviously going to die and who's role will be revealed in a matter of posts. Please do pray that the DT(s) left in this game are not bubbling buffoons.
2. I don't expect any one to change their votes. Firstly, because when I have indeed defended myself, no one even bothered to respond. This tells me mafia, along with townies, have decided to ignore me. Cool beans. Secondly, I don't know many of you. This is my third game and the most attention I've received, period. Outside of ace, ver, and caller in past games, I haven't spoken to 90% of you all--- and you expect me to be capable of some grand coalition building escapade? I mean, I think highly of myself....but damn.
Lastly, why would I role call, period, even if I wasn't going to be lynched? There are multiple players with the same role-- how is there any way to verify I am telling the truth short of a DT check (which I already said is not going to happen) or my death? That's just stupid and unnecessary.

Since there is more evidence against them.
I really have no suspicions of Versatile at this point. I am alright with lynching someone else and taking everything she says at face value. As for me, I am still voting for QS at the moment. If versatile flips mafia you are looking as a strong candidate sir. However im all in against tricode this round so you have wait. But more importantly: BC where are you, oh where are you.
Maybe he's hoping that when I do flip green/blue, he can say "AHA! I told you not to lynch her! trust me now!". Or maybe he's hoping to win brownie points with me. Yeah. I like that one better =D
