Read all the posts and thought over what people mentioned was suspicious. The only thing that I really think might be on the right track is what JimTudor said about Norwegian players. Theres not much to go by on day 1 and it seems pyrr could use something like this without giving away too much.
I was thinking about nominating Jim as our sheriff/mayor, but the more I think about it, the more I think he may just be stretching too far out on a limb with the clue, in order to make people think what i already said in the above paragraph. This short display of brillance would probly gain him sheriff/mayor and if he mafia put the mafia in a strong position.
I'd vote for Ilovektf; i'm more confident he's a genuine towny, but I don't like his lynch inactive on day 1 idea. For now, I have decided to not cast a vote for an official yet, but I may change and vote after thinking about it later.
Anyways its 5:41am and I need to sleep I'll be on tomorrow and hopefully there will be more posts to read1
Edit: just fixed a small grammar error, did not edit content

I voted for shik. His campaign speech and strategies will give us the best chance of winning. And I highly doubt hes mafia with no one being able to connect any clues to him and him doing nothing suspicious

Just a thought, if we get a succesful towny identification through a medic save, could the medic saving him go ahead and role claim, and then call for another medic to protect him, while he continues to protect the player he saved? Could be a way to start forming a town hall and swing the game against the reds.

My only concern about the medic list, is how strong is our contingency plan if the mafia just starts taking out people not on the list. Are we confident enough in our clue analysis to be able to start identifying mafia immediately? If we can't figure pin down someone on day 2, where do we go from there?
If our medics aren't on that list, and they get hit by random, or even unforseen mafia hits, how do we go about identifying a towny from there? I'd imagine the game almost entirely rests on our vig at that point right?
Also what if theres 1, or even 2 mafia on that list? Would this have any ill effects? Actually.. upon thinking about it, i guess not so much. The medics still randomly choose someone on the list, and they're still just as likely to protect a mafia hit I guess. What would the mafia think if they were on this list.
I know im bringing up a lot of criticisms without original ideas of my own, but I think this is the right track, we just need to think it through even more. And to everyone: be ready to do some major clue analyis tomorrow. If we can lynch a bad guy and have identify another likely target by cross refrencing clues with day 1, we'll be in a great position. Remember if we nerf the mafia kill power, it buys us even more time.

All this does is put us down likely 2 players, unless we somehow catch a mafia in hiding, which isn't likely without clues. I'm just worried about the mafia ignoring the potential threatening townies(hell some of them may even be mafia) and start mass hitting people. If they pull off 3 hits tonight, we lynch an inactive, and they can pull off 3 tomorrow, thats 8 players down. Our play has to be spot on from that point.

I don't know dude. Seems like a waste to me. If we double lynch on day 2, we still might not be sure, or close enough to sure about certain players. Also, how does that give us a higher chance of hitting red? We'll have a higher chance once there are less players, and once we have more clues.

Sorry it took so long for me to post. Just had a ridiculously busy day. Green tie seems very, suspicious, but It's hard to link it to one person. Also, softer died by being stomped on the neck, this and the tie seem to correlate well.
We need to figure out what happened with the 3rd hit. Was a medic save made? Did the mafia hit a veteran? Did they not use all their kill power to try to trick us?

These are what stood out to me. Any thoughts?

Zeks thought he heard the falling of a tin can and swiveled his chair to try to find the source of the noise. But, when he tried to stand up Zeks felt his strength dissipate rapidly and he collapsed to the floor, dead.
Deep underneath Fluidville, So no fek was searching the depths of the town's sewer system for traces of mafia activity. Holding a blazing torch aloft to find his way forward, he slowed as he heard a sound like the shuffling of pages. He peered around the corner and saw an empty desk, then looked down to see the blade that had pierced his rib cage from behind. So no fek tried to turn to at least get a glimpse of his killer, but he couldn't muster the energy as the blade slipped back out of his chest.
EsbenPM had spent the first two days of the mafia invasion building a stockpile of weapons he would never use. Late during the second night, he was fiddling with the trigger locks on his various shotguns while chomping on salted peas. After dinner, he went out to his garage to check on the gun racks he had just painted. Once in his garage, he reached for the switch on the wall, but lights wouldn't turn on. A sudden rush of fear came over him, and he wished he had brought one of his guns with him, even a sidearm. He thought about trying to sneak back into the house, but, instead, he felt his way to a crowbar leaned against the wall. As his eyes adjusted to the darkness, he could see the outline of man. EsbenPM charged and swung with the crowbar, but his adversary shoved it from his hands, then swung a board crushingly into the side of EsbenPM's head, killing him instantly.
Koopie had spent years recreating her house into a scale model of Princess Peach's from Super Mario 64. She heard a knock at her giant, red front door.
"Hi, I'm here to install the cannon out front by the moat. Can you sign here please?"
The finishing touch had finally arrived, and Koopie went upstairs to watch the installation from behind the giant stained glass window that bore her image, as well as her favorite video game character's. The cannon was plopped on its stone foundation, and it's barrel moved to point squarely at the face of the "princess". "He couldn't possibly...." she thought, seconds before an artillery shell with a shark-like face blew Koopie and her home to smithereens.
I've noticed all the mafia kills tend to be sneaky, darkish hits. I'm not sure if thats just Pyr's writing style or if it could possibly be a clue. The reoccuring crowbar is something that really stands out to me. Maybe someone smarter than I can link this with someone. I've tried but nothing really came up.
