The eyecatch mid-episode where there's a picture of a character and the person says "Fullmetal Alchemist." I found it ok at first, but he sounded weird when he said it for the Hughes family. |

Hardly, using parody as a form of delivery doesn't make it any more lighthearted than what you call serious-plot stuff, in fact, it just makes you reflect upon how you took in so easily such things afterward. Personally, it came close to the likes of Monster even in spite of the comedic banters that we get occasionally softening up the dark themes. |

Paronia Agent and Now and then,Here and there are pretty good, cant talk about the others as I did not see them. Boogiepop Phantom was friggin amazing mind fuck, its really good stuff, concentrate well, because this crap will mind fuck you.
I also agree with the people that liked Haibane Renmi, it was really good and well executed,however, it only takes till episode 7 till it really hits you, the build up was quite too long, they could have done it in a 2 and a half hour movie imo which couldve been better. |

really random question, but hopefully this is the right place to ask..
a long time ago I saw a youtube video of a bunch of anime experts reviewing some anime shows. if it helps to clarify, i think there were 4-5 people and at least 1-2 were girls but i dont remember exactly. it looked like a real TV show, and they all sat on some couches in reality show-esque room and gave their opinions in turns. i think most of the people were white, and the show was in english not subbed
anyone have any idea what the name of this show might have been? i know this is a really vague description, but thank you so much in advance if you happen to know... |

| Hello everyone, I'm looking for this Anime that is basically I remember a HUGE wall being constructed sealing off one side of a city. Some incident happened there, cant remember the name.
