Feel free to post any issues, questions, or comments you have regarding any of our wikis.
Liquipedia is an open resource and as a wiki if you do find an error remember that you can log in and edit most of the pages to fix said error. The same goes for wanting to discuss any particular direction of a page, there’s a discussion tab above all articles, click that and either add your topic or partake in the discussion on the page (remember to sign your post with four tildes “~~~~”). There are also community portals where discussions and ToDo:s are listed.
If you require more personal help with something you can also try and find someone online in our IRC channel #liquipedia on quakenet.org. The people with + are editors (seasoned contributors who can review edits) and the people with @ are Liquipedia staff members.
Q: How do I get the ability to have my edits automatically reviewed?
A: There is an automatic system in place that will promote you to "Editor"-status after a certain amount of time and edits.
Q: Can anyone edit the wikis?
A: Yes, all you need to have is a TL.net user account that isn’t banned. (Also, remember that you will need to log in separately on Liquipedia before you can edit.)
Q: What parts of the wiki can I reuse on my own site?
A: We use the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license for all text on the wiki, which means you can copy, remix, and use the content as long as you cite us as the source of the text/code, and you yourself license the result with CC-BY-SA 3.0. Images have varying licenses so click on the image to get to its page to see who is the rights holder for it, and which license it has.
Q: Why was the image I uploaded to Liquipedia removed?
A: We only allow images that we have the right to use. If you want to upload an image and you hold the rights, or you can get permission from those who do, please use the template on the upload page to indicate this. If you need help with how to do this please come by our IRC channel.
Q: Why can't I stay logged in more than a day?
A: You are logged out after 24 hours of inactivity because logged in users use much more resources than those who are not. A user that is logged in that views a page send a refresh request to the wiki software that rebuilds the page from scratch using the latest information in the database instead of using the cached stable version. This means it takes longer for you to see the article as well. If you wish to see the changes that are pending review you can click on the "pending changes" tab at the top of the page (if there is no draft tab, you're seeing the most recent edit of the page.)
Q: You guys are awesome, how can I show my appreciation?
A: Click the “edit” links and contribute! Spread the word that anyone can contribute, that there are many types of information, besides match results, that can be updated on the wiki.

We're still working on a bunch of the integration between tlpd and the maps pages. For right now, almost everything is manual. Follow the format of the current ones, and know that we're uh...still working on a lot of the integration issues.

This is currently my draft for an edit to that article. The box on the fight with the particulars about comsat stations seems to overlap the text. Is that a shortcoming in the code that formats the page? I don't think there should be a need to manually override the current formatting...

I'm thinking off adding in in the map section the mineral/geysers counts + values for the mineral fields/geysers, but what format should be the most appropriate?

I had the same problem as you. You cannot log in because of the underscore in your name. I PMd sonuvbob and told him about this, and he fixed it for me, but I don't know if he fixed it for everyone with an underscore in their name.

Looks good for me now also. It was only messed up when it was still in draft mode (ff3)

Yeah it sometimes adds some extra information in draft/review mode that messes with the info boxes float.

Uhm in the info page of Scout, The Stove was mentioned and I think we have a guide for the stove. I'm not sure though if the guide was really meant to be a guide but rather an entry to the sc2 beta key or something. Well I think it's still a suitable guide (though it didn't mention the history of the stove) for the moment.
