Huh.... I always thought polyphonyEX was a good poster. I guess I never saw any of his posts outside of fan clubs. Was he a bad poster?
Well it probably had to do something with me seeing him post so much. If you look at his join date it was rather recent, I think he had like 30 posts a day. The posts were just all over the place and I rarely (if ever) enjoyed them. I mostly saw him in LRs and he would just vastly overstate some things and said a lot of the wrong things. His intentions probably weren't as bad as it seemed sometimes but he was way too annoying honestly.
Ah! PolyphonyEX is banned! What joy. I was keeping my eye on him, he seemed to just keep making annoying little posts. I didn't always find him to be intolerable, but nevertheless his departure is good news for LR's across the world. Or just the SC2 tourney section.

Poor polyphonyEX, definitely one of the more active posters the past 3 months. He wasn't a model poster, but if he was spending this much time on the forums he definitely had enthusiasm. He could be annoying at times, but I was surprised to see him permed.

In LR threads at least he wasn't too bad I thought as well. Probably something I missed, maybe it was that he was really annoying for some reason, one-liners?

polyphonyEX is a 1 base player. He goes for specific timing attacks that is pretty much an all in almost all the time. However, when the all in has failed, he panics. He realizes it is time for him to transition but he hasn't thought that far yet. So what does he do?
does he expand?
does he keep going with a 1 base play?
does he try to get economically ahead?
does he GG out before humiliating himself?
does he prolong the game into a 1 hours macro/take every base possible?
all of the above or a variation using several

Yea I'm pretty surprised, too, as in him lasting that long. It was a pretty dumb thing for him to post after Nazgul came into the LR yesterday and pretty much put the topic to rest

Not the best poster, but had a chance to become something decent if he could keep his hands off the keyboard when tournaments were running and hid general.

I don't know his history but he does make a lot of exceedingly confident, sometimes irritating and sometimes flat out wrong posts in LR threads. It's okay, he's not the only one. I guess, although I haven't seen it, he's been temp'd before then as his final post wasn't a great one but wasn't exactly unforgivable. Although after looking back in context it was a pretty dumb thing to say.
