Is it confirmed? My guess is they didn't think she is marketable on her own to Koreans, due to being a halfbreed as it were, regardless of vocal talent.
Look at all the foreign singers of Korean descent they drag from around the world. Consider for every Ailee there are 1000 black American girls with that kind of voice. I see why they might want her in a group, just wish it was not T-ara.

Well, if she is as good as they say vocal wise, CCM might try and mold her into a solo artist or the next SeeYa/Davichi ballad group which would seem more likely, and she would just recieve atleast 2 more years of training(debuting at about 16-17), I really doubt theyl add a 14year old to T-ara, I mean I can see her doing loly poly or something, but not Cry Cry or IGCBOY.
Either way, I don't think it would be a very good fit.

From the US, we would pronounce it like 샤넌 too, or at least I would. It is kind of weird unless she actually does pronounce her name like that.

oh shit I remember watching some yt videos about that girl a while back. she wasn't that bad vocally considering her age, but voice changes and other factors could be different now. I remember thinking she was going to be attractive when she got older.
I'd be ok with this decision if this member adding business was 3 years in the future.

Wow, first look I took at her and I thought she looked like an alien... facial features look kinda wide hahaha I guess best of luck to her...? and someone said she's half Korean?.. what's her other half.
She looks like a regular 10 year old girl with a cake layer of makeup. ~.~ She doesn't even look remotely mature, like say, Tia. Not sure why but i feel a bit bad for her.
