EDIT: If this is too much, how much should I be eating then plusminus? I never thought that 5000 cals for someone who does Starting Strength was that much, considering my size. Gaining a little bit of fat but also getting stronger so hmm.

Sorry for the awful lay-out btw. EDIT: If this is too much, how much should I be eating then plusminus? How carefully? I should eat enough to make 5lbs progress on squats easily, right? I think the 8 slices of peanut butter amounts to 800ish cals by the way, not the 2.3k it says.

i'm just saying, dont come complaining here when you accumulate a bit of belly fat in my experience, losing bodyfat is way harder and more annyoing than gaining it. but then again, I guess i've always been the type to put on weight easily because I loooove food!

gains will probably be slower on a 3k calorie diet than on a 5k calorie diet. but if you still have beginners gains in you, you dont have to worry too much imo btw i'm by no means an expert haha i'm like talking here like I know everything. this is just all from personal experience and stuff I picked up in the TL H&F thread so maybe double check with some of the more knowledgable people like eshlow before putting this plan into action!

5k calories is a lot, but you are also huge. So see how it goes... As long as you are getting stronger and bigger it should be fine.

Just out of curiosity, is eating healthy foods when hungry always good, as long as I'm not on a leangains approach or the like?

Jack3D, Oxyelite Pro, BSN Endoburn NT & 1.M.R Powder all contains 1,3 dimethylamylamini which is on Denmarks list suspected for brain hemorrhage (? brain bleeding) and heart problems. 1,3 dimethylamylamin is also marketed as methylexanemine, dimethylentylamine and pentylamine which has caused acute serious damage in the heart and one instance of brain hemorrhage. There is a possibility of koffein raising the effect of 1,3 dimethylamylamin. Do you know anything about this Eshlow?

It's a stimulant and those risks are pretty common among stimulants (including caffeine). Stacking it with caffeine increases the stimulant effects, which is why the two are often found in thermogenics. It's been around for a while and is pretty safe, but obviously taking stimulants and moreover using them during heavy exertion isn't risk-free. If you use those products and notice shortness of breath, lightheadness or a racing heartbeat, stop. As with any biologically active compound, some tolerate it better than others.

Whether or not these supplements are worth it is another question altogether, but my personal opinion is that they are not overly dangerous provided you dose appropriately and monitor for signs of sensitivity.

Sure. --------------- Also, for the other question directed at me pretty much what Ingenol said. If you're going to use stimulants during exercise I would only use them during competitions or important workouts. Generally speaking, it's much easier to burn out if you use them, and there are potential side effects (probably pretty low risk.. but you never know).
