At the moment the only "fix" I have is using the scaling on the NVIDIA control panel, but this is not exact and still leaves either a little cut off, or an annoying white line when I cut off too much. I have reset all my settings and readjusted, messed with the TVs setting to no avail. Any help would really be appreciated.

If possible, try to adjust the TV's own settings, rather than those of your computer. What specifically worked for me was adjusting: Picture >> Picture options >> Size (or aspect ratio) >> and then select 'screen fit' option. Solved all my problems with over/underscan. (this was for a Samsung flat panel LCD, might be different with your TV) Hope it helps.

Like I said though, this only happened after I updated the drivers on my laptop, so I think it is computer side.
