Key Skill - Hammer of the ancients with gold rune. Uses critical hit chance buffs combined with golden runed Hammer to make enemies drop treasure. Combine with crit % and MF gear. Basically 1/10 or so hammer shots make the enemy drop treasure
Anyone else come up with anything crazy? This isn't a big stretch but I thought it was really cool how they added in unique abilities like hammer + rune that cause enemies to drop loot without even dying.
From what the blizzard devs said in the latest video about difficulty, getting lots of gold drops for repairs will be very useful in later difficulties!
I honestly dont see this sticking. I made a .jpg with a whole bunch of these kinda things when the talent calculator launched. There was like a ferret for the DH and other things. But who knows if it will stick in launch, usually they will try and give each class one, and so far its only been the barb and DH.
Wrath of the zerker doesn't seem to have a cool down? One issue is you're so dependent on the hammer critting, and you wont be able to use the hammer too often. With crit/fury generation gear it might work out. I might drop Boon passive skill for one of the fury generating ones. Battle rage is another option if overpower becomes too clunky.
