Im streaming for quite a while and it always used to run fine but lately my viewers (and myself) are having huge lags watching my stream. i am a non partnered streamer and im using 2500 upload(720p/30fps). neither my pc nor my internet seem to be the problem, also when im streaming to own3d it seems to work alot smoother. is twitch having issues with non partnered streamers? im streaming from EU to frankfurt-server. so also tried several configurations and still couldnt fix it.

Do you already have installed Version 1.2? (in doesnt update automatically).
I had a problem a few minutes ago, that my stream went offline (xsplitt itself said i was still online). And even after restarting the stream didn't go online again.
But else I have no problems until now with xSplit.

Well, I got this problem too on the same server. Just change to the server in "EU: Amsterdam". After a few hours of streaming there, try the frankfurt server again.
I think, they just have Problems on the "EU: Frankfurt, germany" server and it take some time to adjust the hardware or something else.

Twitch have had some issues these last couple of weeks. But lately I feel like it's getting better.
- Perhaps try out some different bitrate settings?

i alrdy tried out everything i could
from 3500 down to 1500 and different resolutions also various european servers it seems like everytime twitch has its most streamers they cap lower streamers bitrate, i also had lags on other small streamers but not on the big ones even though it was 1080p

What streaming software are you using? I reccomend Open Broadcast Software. I've been streaming 3k/1080p for a while with no lag at all using Open Broadcaster Software.

i use obs aswell it doesnt seem to lag all the time, it mostly begins at around 10pm CET. is it possible twitch is overloaded when NA begins to stream aswell so they cap smaller streams bitrate?
btw what server are u using? london?

Use "US: East: Ashburn, VA (Secondary) if you have laggs on EU. Solved the problem for me. And don't use more then 3k bitrate... especially for 720p 60FPS, makes no sense at all!
OH, and NEVER watch your own stream WHILE streaming. PAUSE your player, if you don't do this, it can affect your stream sometimes (lagging). And follow my guide here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=396228 This is fixing laggs if not server sided.

so u can stream to US servers even from europe and it doesnt lag? and yes ive alrdy reduced my stream to 720p/30fps and 1500/2000 upload but sometimes it still began to lag

im on timewarner roadrunner in NC and mine is super laggy as well while watching Twitch streams(using latest firefox and other browsers)...its almost unwatchable anymore so sucks not being able to watch the HOTS streams ...ive tried disabling hardware acceleration, increasing storage space for the website, installed the ghostery add-on etc...
good to hear im not alone

I have the same issue, seems twitch is prioritizing their bandwidth for partnered streams since they don't seem to stutter/lag, while the vast majority of non partnered streams have stutter/lag issues. This is really crappy of them.
