So I got a message from GeForce Experience today that the new driver is avaiable. This one right here:

As always I wanted to install it asap but iam running into problems here. When I try to install it it shows me this window:

It basiclly tells me that the system functionality can be heavily influenced, if I continue installation and Micrsosoft advices me to abort the installation and contact the hardware producers. It says it didnt get through the Windows-Logo-Test.
Now if i wanna contact Nvidia Support forums it shows me this:

It tells me the opening of this website is not safe.
I have never run into a problem like this before. All Graphic drivers I installed before worked fluently. Here are my questions and thoughts:
1. Is it safe to install it or can my system be heavily damaged as they say?
2. I am assuming when they said "contact the hardware manufacturer" they meant Nvidia right?
3. If you guys cant help me can i safely open the Nvidia support forums?
4. I know my PC isnt the newest but is my machine getting that old? Is it something with my OS or the gfx itself?
So I hope you guys can help me , i dont know where to go else with my problems. Im not too keen with Hardware things so please be kind, opening this Topic and adding images was already a slight pain(had to register at imgur and whatnot). If you need any further infos or if I did something wrong, violating Forum guidelines etc PLEASE let me know cause i still have to get used to this forum. Also my english is also quite good but if I wroted in bad grammar or didnt explained something clearly forgive me.
EDIT: Holy crap I just saw the borders of my images are cut out I hope they provide enough infos anyway. If not can somebody help with how to post images properly?
EDIT 2: nvm for some reason it just cut the borders in the preview. Glad I got the posting of the images right. Phew.
