If you are really used to the Death Adder, I would recommend the Zowie EC1 Evo. I recently got it just to try an alternative to my Death Adder. The differences is that the clicking takes less force, and is a bit quieter, and the scroll wheel is a bit stiffer. If you want a quiet mouse, still with the palm grip, I would recommend the Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000. I haven't tried to game with mine yet because I use it at work, but it's really comfortable and quiet.

I would prefer one that is similar, but if it can't be helped I would switch to a completely different mouse. As long as it is precise and the buttons are still sufficiently "firm".

There is some sort of modding you can do to the switches to make them more quiet, but I don't know if that mod also changes much about the feel of the buttons. I also don't know where to find a guide.
