Believe what you want, call me a liar if you want, facts are facts.
Most professional body builders are so big because they take illegal drugs.
Also, there is a ton of evidence showing that a high protein diet can screw up your kidneys and yes, put stress on them.
Even Rich Piano Mr California admits that the protein thing is over hyped and high protein put's stress on the kidneys and look at how blown up he is.

Weird, I feel more energized on a high carb diet.
Carb's are the body's most natural form of energy and the more I eat the more energized I feel and you crap most of it out as it's difficult on your body to convert carbs to fat not to mention most high carb foods are loaded with fiber which helps the process of your body getting rid of the carbs your body doesn't need.
I tried eating a low protein diet before but felt tired all of the time and hungry.

It only strains the kidneys if you have renal disease, in which case DUH.
There is no evidence of protein toxicity due to high protein intakes on kidney function in healthy people. Diets that regularly exceed the recommendations for protein intake have been found to lead to an increased glomerular filtration rate in the kidneys in healthy people. The body adapts to the increase in protein and functions accordingly.Source
I honestly don't care that you're trolling, I just don't want other people to see your bullshit and take it seriously. Go away.

Bullshit. Show some evidence that high protein does not fuck up your kidneys over time.
You just like to believe in the evidence that shows that what you do (eat a shitty high fat diet cooked meat diet) is healthy just like how religious people will post evidence that their religion is the correct one to make themselves feel better.
You're no different than those people, now please, post some evidence showcasing that eating greasy bacon, eggs, and sausage for breakfast is heart healthy and that a Paleo fad diet is better than eating Vegan and supplementing with B12.
There is a ton of evidence out there showcasing that vegan diets are superior and that the civilizations that ate the least amount of meat lived the longest and even current civilizations that consume only a small amount of meat live longer on average than those that eat more cooked meat.
I'm posting and replying to you so that someone doesn't get the idea that eating high on the food chain and thinks that their unhealthly eating ways (such as eating sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits, doughnuts, butter, pork, etc) is healthy when it;s actually been proven to cause a ton of degenerative diseases.
Also, eating a high carb diet you're going to end up calorie restricting so you'll live an additional 40-50% longer than those on a standard high fat diet (most calories come from fat on a high calorie diet, hence why you would have to eat a crazy amount of high carb fruits/vegetables to even hit 3-4K calories.)

I won't bother, I'm just gonna say strong people eat meat, period. BB fucked up kidneys (which happens to a surprisingly low percentage of them) is because of pushing steroids usage to its limits.
Also, humans were able to develop bigger brains overtime from the calorie/protein/iron/vit B12 excess that occured with the introduction of meat consuption on our earlier ancestor's diet. Further brain development happened with the introduction of cooking, which allowed the downsizing of intestines and assosiated glands, leaving even more spare energy to sustain our resource intensive brains.
No one here advocates a bacon diet. Meat variants (fish included) and eggs (and maybe milk if you can find good natural one) are the basis of the diet; you add salad when you can and carbs as needed depending on workout intensity.
I know you are a troll but I have spare time

I actually think bodybuilders who fuck up their kidneys do it through use of cutting agents or stimulants, rarely the use of steroids.

I consider you a troll for thinking that eating meat is good for you and that our brain magically grew from a calorie and B12 "excess". Thanks for the good laugh fake "evolutionary scientist".
You can't even spell associated or consumption correctly, I'm thinking that your ancestors didn't get an excess of the things you mentioned needed for a large brain LOL.

"Burden of proof"...... I didn't know that this was an atheism debate LOL.
There's plenty of proof out there that a high protein diet is harmful for your kidneys. Why do you think that those with kidney problems are advised to stay away from foods high in protein and why do you think Dr's check to see our protein count in our urine.....
Diet's high in protein stress the kidneys out and this is well known, a simple google search by you would show the research and documentation on this. Paleo fad dieters would rather think otherwise because they naturally eat a diet high in protein.

The 150g won't hurt though either. It'll put stress on his kidneys. Lot's of body builders out there have been saying that the protein thing is over hyped. I don't know why so many people worry about their protein or nutritional intake of fat's, carb's, and protein and have to count out all of the grams and everything. Most of the best athletes and even power lifters from the past and even to this day just listen to their body and eat regular meals. You can get huge even on a low protein diet. I'm sure that most of the huge prison inmates aren't supplementing with protein. How big are you? Post us some pics of your flexed muscles. It doesn't put stress on kidneys, except in the tautological way that the kidneys do work. It does not impair kidney function in any way. That is false. You are lying. Very few bodybuilders out there say that. No large, elite-level bodybuilders say that. You are lying. Most people cannot get huge on a low protein diet. A few can because they have great genetics. But they would be even more huge on a high-protein diet. You are factually incorrect on the prison thing. The body adapts to the increase in protein and functions accordingly. SourceI honestly don't care that you're trolling, I just don't want other people to see your bullshit and take it seriously. Go away. Also, eating a high carb diet you're going to end up calorie restricting so you'll live an additional 40-50% longer than those on a standard high fat diet (most calories come from fat on a high calorie diet, hence why you would have to eat a crazy amount of high carb fruits/vegetables to even hit 3-4K calories.) You are the one claiming it harms your kidneys. You are the one with the burden of proof. Show some evidence it harms kidneys. Oh, you don't have any.
There's plenty of proof out there that solid foods are harmful for your esophageal passage and present a choking hazard. Why do you think that those with broken jaws are advised to stay away from solid foods and why do you think Dr's check to make sure you aren't turning blue when you eat.....
Diet's high in solid foods stress the throat and this is well known, a simple google search by you would show the research and documentation on this. Solid food apologists would rather think otherwise because they naturally eat a diet high in solid foods.
Oh ok, I get it. You are talking out of your ass in addition to being a rather dim bulb.

I got one more question.
I heard from multiple sources that if you are on a strict protein diet that it is good (even healthy) to eat "junk" food and any high calorie food one day a week. This girl that was a professional body builder told me you without that routine it will be extremely hard to make any progress when it comes to general strength and stuff.
You guys seem really really knowledgeable so I was wondering what you have to say about that?

She's probably talking about a refeed, from what it sounds like. You can google the basics of them.
It's usually used on a cut though, so I don't know.
Edit: Kind of depends on a lot of things. It could also be a hormone balance thing. Don't know the details.

post some evidence showcasing that eating greasy bacon, eggs, and sausage for breakfast is heart healthy and that a Paleo fad diet is better than eating Vegan and supplementing with B12. paleo isn't eating bacon, eggs, and sausage. paleo isn't even supposed to include sausage because it's processed and full of salt and other shit.
paleo is eating non-processed meats, fish, eggs, nuts, vegetables, and fruits, and not eating processed foods and grains.
and for studies, because you didn't read the op: http://www.mayoclinicproceedings.com/content/78/11/1331.full.pdf http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa022637 http://jcem.endojournals.org/content/88/4/1617.full?l=5579341 http://www.annals.org/content/140/10/769.short http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1467-789X.2008.00518.x/full http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22037012 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20683785 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18991244 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21776466 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19369056 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21134328 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15164336 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18991244 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18203890 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17531457 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16340654 http://wholehealthsource.blogspot.com/2011/01/does-dietary-saturated-fat-increase.html http://www.ajcn.org/content/early/2010/01/13/ajcn.2009.27725.abstract http://www.ajcn.org/content/80/5/1175.full.pdf html http://healthydietsandscience.blogspot.com/2011/03/high-saturated-fat-diet-gives.html http://www.mayoclinicproceedings.com/content/78/11/1331.full.pdf http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0002934396004561
