OGN Club Masters is back! Now known as SK Telecom LTE-A LoL Masters. Starts on 13th February. Every Thursday and Sunday
The system will be a little bit different. Example
CJ Blaze vs SKT K CJ Frost vs SKT S CJ Allstars vs SKT Allstars (Ace Match)
Ace Match will happen in case the score is 1:1.
The reason they chose this mode is that they want to have the fun part from Club Masters last year where you had the bottom lane of Madlife + Cpt. Jack but you need 5 players who played together for quite some time to get perfect play. So they choose this system where there are both systems in place.
More information regarding the new league will be announced on the media day which will be 7th February. This day will be interesting because there was no new information about LoL proleague, so it will be interesting to see if its related to proleague or not.
translated by Waxangel SKT Merchandise planning guy: "We predict this sponsorship will create a synergy effect between the new T-LoL application and OGN's content, and we will combine other content in the future to offer a new paradigm in esports viewing."

Also same Sponsor as Proleague and it runs on non Champions days. If it will really be the new proleague I am surprised that KeSPA didn't call it Proleague

Man I remember the first time I watched Korean LoL was through Club Master.

ROFL gonna watch that VOD again

This will be really nice and interesting to watch. I always enjoyed proleague more but these are already teams playing in a team format so I'm not sure what to make of it.

The thing to keep in mind here is that Proleague is actually Kespa's tournament. They own/run it themselves. This tournament shares some similarities, but OGN owns/runs it. Hence the differentiation.
Should be fun to see it though! I won't be one of the main casters for this as I'll be having some other OGN commitments coming up...

I don't see CJ doing so well with how they been playing lately. I don't see them beating SK/KT/Najin/Samsung with this format. Also sucks that Xenics won't be in this, this is huge for Prime though

OSL or Hearthstone?
Will Monte be one of the main casters?

Interesting, hope the players treat it as seriously as Champions.

Sounds awesome. So confirmed teams will be CJ, SKT, Samsung, Jin Air, Xenics, IM, NaJin, and KT? Would make for some epic matches.

Nothing confirmed so far but its an educated guess

Sickkkkk! Really looking forward to this. Sadly we probably won't see enough SKT mix matches though =P

So SKT All stars is just SKT K?

SKT might switch in Marin for the star/hype power (even though Marin is still unproven atm) CJ ace lineup is absolutely SICK city though.

It will be interesting to see to what extent the teams will take advantage of the ability to mix up squads for all-star games. It would be nice to field your strongest players, but I wonder if sacrificing the synergy would be worth it.
I guess they'll play two games on a given day, since a minimum of two games is woefully short... but a maximum of six games seems rather long. Then again, I guess the LCS does that and more on a regular basis.
