* I think it would leave better results if you did a seperate poll per invited player. Right now you gave a giant list of players and it ended up with 1 protoss and 3 zergs (which by replacements went to 1 terran 3 zergs). If you did a seperate poll for each player (and remove the ones already invited) would probably give you more balanced results. * The round robin was great but pretty confusing to follow if you didn't have liquipedia open. The match graphics only updated per day so on the day self it would be nice to just include a picture of liquipedia between matches so you had an idea of what is going on. Or maybe just a player list with the amount of points/wins they collected? * The stream quality was superb. 1080p60 at 4.5 mbit is just amazing to watch. WCS can learn who are still broadcasting 1080p25 at some silly bitrate. * As suggested in chat, I would love some skype interviews with players. Especially on day 2 when there were a lot of very quick ZvZ's and downtime as a result. I mean they're the foreign hopes, but we didn't get to really hear from them at all. * It was a shame that the grand finals were pushed back. It removed a lot of hype/viewers from the previous days and being a 4-0 sweep ended pretty anti-climatic. An interview here would've been nice too. Overall it was a very nice event and sincerely hope you will try another one in the near future!

To me the prevalence of invites especially back in the day really harmed things, especially in NA where we saw the same big names over and over again. There is no perfect system to get the best foreigners, perhaps go by WCS ranking and have a qualifier for 2 more spots or something?

Concerning the tournament itself it was cool, only things I have to say is that when doing a tournament with very few players (I'd say <10 players) it should be full invites, mainly because it allows you to have a nice racial distribution and not end up with a TvT/ZvZ/PvP slugfest. Also for tournaments like these that don't give WCS points, I always thought it would be nice to see 1 to 3 non-ladder maps (and not old maps please^^ unless it's Fruitland) replacing 1 to 3 maps of the standard ladder map pool, like O'Gaming did in some of their events (see Nation Wars that gave us the possibility to see games on Kamala Park and on the 5p map that won TLMC). It would be a nice way to diversify the tournament and distinguish it from other online tournaments of roughly the same size

If the numbers on the last two days were higher (due to no clashes) you'd have made more from stream revenue and a larger profit.

The casting was ok, I don't have a particular opinion about your casting, although that may be good in my case because I tend to hate most of the non-progamer casters. If it's alright with you - going to take it as a good thing haha
