It would probably be an impossible task to change everything retroactively even if someone would organize it, but I really think there should be some quality control starting 2017. At least start by getting rid of all 9 100k Dreamhacks and cs_summit from premier.

I think it is the Dota piddy that has some actual limits of something like premier is LAN and $1m+. Maybe we should copy that for CS (obviously with a reduced prize pool limit, volvo pls gib moar prize monies ;_;).

I think northern arenas, small dreamhacks, world cups etc. would be much better fit at major tournaments. They don't "feature the best players from all over the world". They have "large prize pool and a good number of top-tier teams", which is the exact description for major tournaments. Same with major tournaments. I mean that tab is filled with local tournaments which have literally no top teams whatsoever. Even big asian tournaments are a bit of of stretch but I guess they are fine because big prizes and rising scene. But brazil premier? Pantamera (literally a tournament for tier3 swedes)? As you pointed out, tournament tiering in an inflationary era and with the scene in different positions in different parts of the world is something we struggle with. Oh, and I may need template changes on a couple pages so I can fit the links in.

StarCraft II - 2011 GSL July Code S - 2011 GSL July Code A - 2011 GSL July Up & Down Matches - 2011 GSL August Code S - 2011 GSL August Up & Down Matches Brood War: - GOMtv Classic Season 2 - GOMtv Classic Season 3 I will of course also be adding links for events that are missing them entirely, like the GOMtv Classic Season 1 and the three Arena of Legends events for SC2. As far as templates go, examples would be GSL August Code S Group Stage. I'd like it to match the other Group Stage templates so I can drop the links in easily without breaking anything. Same goes for GSL Arena of Legends 1 and the Team Ace Invitational group stages. I have zero faith in my own ability to change the templates myself and I really don't want to break anything, so I need someone more experienced to make the changes for me. I can hang out in the LP Discord server for a few days so anyone can discuss this further with me before I proceed. EDIT: Oh, and if possible I would like to add in the 2011 GSL August All-Star Match VoDs somewhere.

Why aren't we using regular race symbols? Or pictures of some iconic units or skills e.g. Critical Strike for Orcs, Brilliance Aura for Hum, Mana Burn for NE, Death Coil for UD etc. Or some different race head models? I guess, what I'm trying to say is that anything other then current race icons will look better.

For the 2011 GSL November Code A the GOM and YT vods are all mixed-and-matched together and I will need to fix this. I suspect I will find more of this sorta thing as I go, particularly in the Code A and Up&Downs. Yay me.

I was wondering if it is possible to change the team player listing format? So instead of just listing off all the players, maybe put them in order of position and with the little crown to indicate team captain and something to list coach and/or subs? Just a little quality of life change that's all. Thanks.

The external link - The Art of Protoss - leads to nowhere. Did anybody back this up somewhere else?
